    We play 2 - 3 times a week and with mods included we would never go back to A2 although we use the map packs

    Good to hear, but one thing. While elements of A3 are underdone I do think it's better in many ways than A2. Maps particularly, look subpar when comparing A2 maps to Altis. So it's time to embrace A3 I say. :) ---------- Post added at 11:52 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:50 PM ---------- Not sure if that made sense. Point is, A3 is the future, A2 is not. ;)

    Lingor was not one of the approved maps for port. I couldn't even get it to load when I tried privately. I sent Icebreakr a message about it.

    Is it just me or do some of the map textures seem washed out. Takistan terrain seems less dusty, and is greenish versus yellow.

    Was testing some stuff on Utes today and sound seemed to be back to front. I.e. Noise of gunfire from behind but opfor in front? I think I read about that somewhere b4. Is anyone else having that issue? Could be another mod I use: Xmed, Alive, ADF or TFR.

  9. I'm seeing satmap issues (not aligned - kinda crisscrossed in places) on both Podagorsk and Fallujah - is this normal? Couldn't find anything in the thread.
  10. Hi, I want to start using this mod but a couple of questions. 1. How do I set to caf aggressors, middle eastern units only. 2. How do I set civvies to middle eastern only. 3. In fallujah, will it seek to add civvies to the whole city? 4. Do triggers not work with Alive? I placed a couple of !alive triggers but they fired off even though units were still alive?

    Ok well give it a rest then. And I'll keep fighting the good fight - give us furniture in buildings! Reskin the OA buildings if necessary, but enough of the empty boxes

    Why does every building need to be enterable? I'd b happy with 60% enterable with the open ones filled as in A2/OA

    The buildings have taken a backwards step. Period. A2/OA should have set the standard from which we stay or we climb. Not every building needs to be enter lego but the ones that are should be alive. BIS f*ed up and if not for the modders I suspect a lot of us would have packed our bags and left by now.

  22. For me personally, except for the player movements, I find A3 a huge let down. Promised so much but delivered far less than A2/OA. The result is I'm not really inspired to create anything. Now I only make missions and campaigns but the lack of immersion in the villages, very limited number of objects, and for the most part, boring islands just leave me happy to go and play A2. In fact if we could port the movements to A2 then I would happily kiss goodbye to A3.
