i am using arma 2 OA standalone.for some reasion when i install the mod it crashed after the loading screen eveytime.i have both unit packs and all of the RH wep mod packs.is this just for arma 2 combined ops or something??

i know that all of the other files are in correctly, but the "function.library.tar" and the "wiki.tar" files come up as winraw archive and when and the mod is not working.when i open the archive files it looks like it is just pieces of the wiki tar and the library tar.to make a long story short.i have winraw archives in the store folder instead of the 2 tar files how can i get the 2 files to be tar files and not archives.

for some reason when i try to luanch it says" the game is currently univalible dose any1 now why its doin that or how long this might go on???:confused:

i am trying to mod Arma 1 ,i know my files are set up right but for some resion my mod are not in game,is the dogs of war mod launcher able to mod the steam version of the game.

i have modded arma 2,im trying to mod arma 1 because it seems to have a more developed mod secne .i am using the the kegtys mod launcher (i cant seem to understand for some reasion).and i cant find a tutorial anywhere so i am at wits end of some little thing i am messing up on..i have the game threw steam and from what i understand u can mod threw it. can someone please give me a detailed step by step guide on how to go about doing this.i would realy like to be modding by noon please help.
