Hello. I have recently bought Arma 2 in local game store. After installing it (Polish version of the game) I decided to patch it with 1.05 patch. After patching (there were few errors i had to click ignore to get through :/ something related with #STEAM but i don't have steam installed or ever had).
After the patching process finished, I ran the game and noticed it was in English. Polish language wasn't selectable in the options. After that I played some missions and had messages something like "Illegal copies may deteriorate" or something like that, you know, same thing they had in OFP1.
1. Could installing wrong language patch cause this behaviour?
2. Will reinstalling the game and not patching it be enough or do I need to clean my registry as well?
note: I'm not a pirate, I bought the game legit with a cdkey printed on the back of game manual
