i bought Arma 2 from best buy fro 49.99 USD about 3 weeks ago, and im playing, and having fun, and kicking ass, when all of a sudden, BAM, my screen gets wavy as shit. For those of you who are about to say ITS FADE... ITS FADE... ITS FADE... i dont think that it is because i have a perfectly legit copy of the game. if any admin dont believe me i will be happy to pm to an ADMIN ONLY my serial number, cd key, POP, whatever you need, i just want to be able to play the game without feeling like just drank 3 straight bottles of vodka. of what ive seen its a great game though.

assuming that ur reffering to the royal air force, and the isreali airforce, no, but if ur reffering to an actually organization like EA, DICE, Target, SEARS, etc. you have to get permission. As militaries are gov't entities, i dont think that u have to get permission though. But im not sure
