It does look better, but still not the same if you compare the markings on the carrier (yellow/redish) when in trasition during suspend. There is a youtube video i think somewere! of a guy that seem to have enabled this mode somhow. What i really want is more vibrant textures, and a seperate control over the sky/lightning, never satisfied am I:cool:

Thanks for the help, I´m on Win 7U 64, with Radeon 5870. Latest beta 10.1 drivers. I´ll try again, also working hard to set up my G940 hotas

May I ask where in CCC you adusted this setting? I tried the Avio Video saturation slider, but still the same greyness in Arma2 :(

X3 :D Been upping the vibrance on my monitor, but it is not the same. Also have to turn it on/off everytime I play Arma2.

It went to fast, but noticed something like "kicked by battleye", never been kicked after I copied my vista64 install to win7 though. Seen several kicks lately with battleye, when people try to join servers. I´m just happy to be among the chosen ones :bounce3:

I finally got it working :) The kopied Vista64 install solved it, and the game is very smooth. I kept the Vista64install just in case, now I´m rewarded he he

After 8 months of endless tweaking, I swapped a 4870 for a 5870. Everything was smooth, MP finally fun. Then today I get kicked by every BE enabled server there is, this just don´t make sense. Latest patch, only the GFX card changed, is this normal?, because then I´m finished with Arma2 for good. Not gonna reinstall for every new hardware i change, and installing was a mess, took me 1 week (i bought the first german ver). Never used any addons, no firewall/antivirus, just win7 64. ---------- Post added at 10:44 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:59 PM ---------- I found a temp sollution, had an old vist64 install. Patched it to ver 1.5, installed Catalyst 10.1 beta, and mp/BE is working. Very smooth, even with max aa 1920x1200, 5870 has made a huge difference for me. Gonna try to copy this install back to win7, then I´m ready to rumple I hope :)
