Try to use CBA v0.4.2 - A2 / CBA_v0-4-2.zip http://dev-heaven.net/projects/list_files/cca It work for me. And make sure you're on one of the two islands that it works with (Utes/Chernarus).

v.4 When i locked a target and use LTD(Laser Target Designator)by "L" in the TADS mode for pilot I select AGM-Missile and M230 and use ctrl-left for Command to fire for gunner But the gunner don't fire to laser aiming.

I can fire the AGM-missile by Pilot ? Ex. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fh0ctHKPvO0
