  1. Awesome man! This looks and sounds amazing

    Any chance you could make some awesome smoke effects to go along with this? Like JTD Smoke effects. The reason I ask is because there is some impenetrable force-field that does not allow me to use WarFX and JTD together...Its sad. I'm sure they look awesome together...:(

    I'm cancelling all my map making. I'll update Duala and Panthera, but I will cancel all upcoming island projects. Sorry, but I won't loose weeks and months of work working on obsolete tools knowing that authors have tools that can shorten months into weeks. Hope you all understand.

  3. That brings up something that has always bother me in Arma II and ArmA 1, that AI can magically know you are the enemy even if you are in a truck of their faction.

    I think it would be amazing if you could be in an enemy BTR-90 and drive by enemys with them thinking you are just one of them.

    I doubt they could change this in OA but if its possible, then why not. Adds alot to the Stealth factor, which ArmA II totally lacks.

    That CDF SF looks SOOO nice. I have to say though. I liked the older ones better. With the Mich Helmets and the camo looked a bit different, It looked better though. Also, I prefer them using US Weapons...They just look pure badass holding that descam M4 SOCOM! :D If you dont go US, it'd be really sweet if you used RH's AK Pack. There are some REALLY kickass weapons in there! Just my opinion. Keep on doing what you do best. You make me wish I could do stuff like you do, even simple re-textures, I'm still clueless.

    Also, those Choco Chip camo men look pretty nice, I'd prefer to see them as Rangers from around 1993 or so. Or maybe you could make some Rangers like the ones that were sent into Somolia in 1993, Tri Color coffee stain DCU, Woodland BDU vest and a chocolate chip helmet or Pro-tec :D

    About those Spec Ops from ArmA 1, if your do consider it, I actually think it would be really cool to see those back in ArmA II! I'd definitely DL them! They would blend much better with desert/arid type maps, like Isla Duala!

    Anyways, I just want to say how awesome you are. You keep making these stunning units, which are probably my favorite addons for ArmA II, and you just keep working hard with no real reward except praise. Thank you! Your hard work is appreciated by me! :)

    Also, if your still working on it, could you possibly add more PUNCH to the M4 sound. Its soo dull. It sounds nice, but its just dull. No UMPH.

    Also, I noticed with several weapons, especially the M16A4, that they have multiple sounds. For instance with the M16A4, I will turn one way and it will have the normal sound then I turn a different way and it sounds different, sounds good but different from the original, THEN I turn again and it sounds different again. Its very strange. Not really a bad thing though. Happens with the SAW also.


  6. Yeah its generally after I passed by a zombie, then I get hit 10 to 20 seconds later.

    But sometimes it is really totally random or impossible.

    Like theres no way a zombie could hit me 50 feet above the ground on a metal roof even if it is right underneath me. Is that just an unfixable issue?


  7. Well if your in a Gunners Seat your almost guaranteed sure victory.

    That idea of yours would be so awesome. Like use the CZ 550 and give it certain rounds that bring back the zombies to a human state. Sweet!

    Another thing I noticed and its a pretty big deal is sometimes when you switch from a character that's infected to one that isn't, they scream and the blood spatter comes out and they become infected even if they aren't near a zombie...Which brings me to another bug similar to that, sometimes you will get randomly infected. Not even close to a zombie, but you will keep getting damage as if your being attacked, then you die soon after. This happens randomly sometimes, alot of times when your on something elevated. I was in a huge tower once in Chernogorsk(?) and I stepped down onto some sort of square metal pipe and randomly I got attacked and was infected then eventually died from continuous attacks. No zombies tho. Gets quite annoying.


  8. Maybe there could be one model for a really decomposed zombie with no regognisable clothing or gender. It could appear everytime somebody with an incompatible model would get infected and killed. Personally I don't really mind. We tried a couple of coop games last night and in one of them I was playing as an insurgent and one of my squad members got infected. When he turned there was only an error message so it would be nice if he would just turn to a civilian or a russian zombie instead of just disappearing.

    I agree, that would be really nice.
