Ok, i played a Tournament and it works very well.Had a lot of Fun to bet and to see how fast my money get lost, and finally made the 1.place. 2 little things to say: 1: when u´re in "free moving camera mode" and it´s a night fight u can hardly see the 4 blocks to move the sight. 2: I had no fonts in the fields for confirm the betting and buying.Same with the player\camera field. Still a awesome play-mode, i hope there will soon be an online match!

@McRuppert: I have an off-topic question: I have plans to mod an Unit-Model from another game. My thought is to import it and then replace the named parts from an Arma Unit with my new one.This will be work for a few days so i ask you before,maybe it helps me don´t to eat my keyboard.Another thing is what to do with parts i don´t need.Your Doom-Hellknight for example don´t have 5 fingers,eyebrows,lips and so on.How can i handle this? Hope you find a minute for an answer. Back to Topic: Your work is absolutely great! I tested a few big Battles on sandy grounds with your Rebels+Troopers.The feeling is amazing!When i have a look what´s coming in your mod,i hardly can believe how many hours of hard work is in it.That will be like a completely new game. Wish you best of luck to finish it! Please excuse my "not so good" english,i´m from germany. -
When there is a textur in the model u have to change it to an .tga or even better an .paa to use it! Then u have to change the path, pressing "e" when the model parts are marked. When u only need a ramp, why don´t making one from the scratch in O2? You have to make the Geo-lod and some other things so the ramp itself will be the smallest part.

Works nicely with the new link. (don´t forget to turn freetrack on in the options!) Never had a freetrack or trackIR so i don´t have a comparison, but as said theres a lot of jittery and there will be a terrible headache hen u play more than a few minutes. For me, on the ground it will be difficult to aim,in the Air it´s awesome. Maybe there is some tuning in the settings, i have tryed the Arma-Profile. But it´s really a great tool.With better settings it will be really awesome.

Same with me.Will try to re-install the .NET Framework.Found a FAQ what said the ippcore-5.3.dll have to be deleted from the "windows\system32" but it wasn´t there. Is there some more Info about this tool? Can´t find anything what gives me some goog infos.

Thank u.I will have more patience with the pilot! One thing more to say: I played an evening just for fun, means i walked a long while with my troops, attacking the enemy from the flanks (is it the english word?) and i really enjoyed that free gaming.It´s very cool how much life u brought to the map! -

Play your mission for 2-3 hours and it´s really great! First i stand in the Base like a donkey in the rain, but then i realized that all the other people doing their job with me or without me. Pretty cool when u don´t have to play James Bond,all eyes on you. One thing i don´t understand: After a while i got a radio, that the transport chopper is ready to use and later that an armed chopper waiting for my go, but when i call one of them nothing happens.There´s no answer from HQ and no question where to go.Is there a trick to call? -
Have u tryed as an .Obj file too? I had sometimes errors with missing points when importing from another tool. Just make a quick test: When importing an .3ds i got the missing points Error, and of course there was no Texture to load. After that the objekt was so tiny, i had to scale it X100 to have it in an good size.Maybe u just haven´t seen your objekt? Also there are some Options when exporting from Sketchup.

You can load the Pro-Version, there u have 8 hours to test it.In the Pro u can export as an .obj or .3ds .If u use it only for exporting, 8 hours should be enough for many, many models.

If u only apply a texture and a rvmat u have to mark the model parts and press "E". I have another Question with this theme, hope my bad english can explain it: How can i set which "Stuff" an Objekt have, i mean if it´s concrete,wood,steel and so on. Need this for my Projekt, where i have custom Hit Effekts but my own Objekts always act like grass or Earth. Thought that is an Material too, but there maybe is another word for it. Also i thought that is a setting within the O2.

Hi Meatball0311, A cheap way will be to take this Unit http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=9375 and "put" your backpack on his back.When u welt some Unit Points with your backpack it will fit with animations.And with this Unit u can have a look what´s the right position in O2. It helps a lot when u see where your thing have to be. Simply paste+copy the Unit-model in yours.OR in an empty LOD and u can mark the "show as background" with the right-click. For other Units of course it will not fit this way. Think u will need a proxy for a good result but not sure with that. Hope this isn´t writen too badly,my english is not the best. -

Commercial Mod tool kit would be nice

Hi there. Don`t think that better tools for Payment will bring anything.There are great free Alternatives in every Direction.With Blender u have a fantastic tool,Gimp or Paint.NET are as good as PS,there are tools for unwrapping,for the tipping part like Notepad++, u can create Music and edit Voices and all u want. Island making needs endless time,i agree totally but i don`t think the BI-Island makers could done it in half the time. When u use a big very popular tool like 3dsMax u have to spend the same time for learning how to like for Oxigen,i tested a 30 day trial and it was not easier. Next is:For wich people should it be? Don`t think ANY Company in the world will bring an big extra package what means 1000`s hours of programming for what? 100 - 300 People? I´m so happy that there are solutions to do what u want!So happy that there are other people who spent their time with this game and the big goal is no High-Score or whatever but to grow the Game with fantastic stuff. ArmA surely have weak spots but the possibly to development is none. sorry for my english! -

Hi Charon, i just tested your great work,and i`m lucky to tell u that there was no bugs in my quick view.Tested your missions and started an own infection what worked very well.Nice to see the Infection goes around from a Chopper! Many thanks for this really great Mod.Working for month on my own thing, i know what shitty work it is to bring it on. Sorry for my bad english.
