Yeah but both of them didn't even bother to answer. Unless you are rich and can afford to loose 30 euros - which is not my case - the only thing left to do is post here, in hopes that someone sees how bad the distributors are, Nexway and Distri Bros in particular. No customer service at all. It is my personal opinion that gamers shouldn't buy this game from downloadable platforms (Distri Bros/Nexway in particular...)... unless youw ant to loose 30 euros real quickly... I prefer to give this money to charity or keep it for myself. They say: "you won't find a better game...". I say: "... providing it works...". :mad:

Is customer support sleeping or Bohemia Interactive doesn't have any? It's all about selling games - even if they don't work as they should?!? Nice... :mad:

Hi, I live in France and purchased the digital download version of Arma 2 from Digital Bros (your online shop for French customers: http://www.arma2-shop.com/index2.html?REF=671795&Cur=978). It said in your advertisement, I quote: "...don't wait. Download and play right now." I have waited more than 24H for this game and it still isn't installed. After downloading the nine ".bin" files, I tried clicking several times on each one of them but nothing happened. I tried downloading these files again (huge, almost 6 GB download...) again - this time using different web browsers - but still no joy. There are only nine .bin files (no .cue or .exe files - or anything else that could suggest how I could put them together...). I contacted their customer support service twice today, explaining my problem and still no reply - not even an email explaining that they are busy but have received my mail and will look into it shortly. As of now there is still no reply from them. I am very disappointed and wish to be supplied with either a direct download link that works (since they emailed me a serial number - which I hope that it will work...) or my money back. I am under the impression that this is a hoax. I'd advise you not to deal with this company anymore and remove it from your website immediately. There is strictly no "visible customer service"... and please don't send me back to them, as that won't solve my problem. Thanks in advance.
