    This campaign looks so good, but I'm a noob. I'm on the first mission at the very beginning(lol). How do you kill somebody without triggering the alarm. They are very good at detecting me lol.

    Thanks! That explains a lot lol. But when I try and join their server manually, I just get stuck at the Wait at Host screen. Does that mean I've been banned? :( EDIT: Just left the game minimized while waiting for host and I eventually connected. This happened twice already. Anybody know why it takes so long to connect?

    Needs a sticky. Very helpful. Although when I'm trying to download addons/join a server (U.S. SOCOM), I get a message on Yoma saying, "Download failed. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive." When I try and connect w/o Yoma, I get stuck at the Wait for Host screen. Sucks because it's one of the only active US servers I can join with low ping.
  7. Could somebody help me out? I'm trying to play ARMA 2 MP for the first time with ACE installed but I keep getting the message: Server Version: 1.0.10.335 Client Version: 1.0.239 I searched the problem and downloaded the new six-updater and deleted my virtual store folder. I updated again as administrator, but the message still comes up.
  8. If the helicopters die and I try to call in more, the message "The flight of helicopters have returned" pops up immediately after I call them in. I'm using the latest version.
  9. How would I have the helicopters respawn if they died?
  10. How exactly do I place the ASpad? Do I just go to >empty>objects>H(invisible) and place it anywhere on the map? I did that but it still took the same amount of time. I'm assuming I have to change the init or something. I'm new to this :P EDIT: Ok, just found out I had to delete the old one and name it. Sorry for the unnecessary bump :( Another question though. Is there any way to make it respawn vehicles if they die? If one of the helicopters die, and I try and call in another one the message that the choppers have returned immediately pops up. Also, how do I add a gunner to the transport chopper?
  11. Ok, I just tried the hotfix and it worked perfectly. But is there anyway to make the time it takes to reach where you called it shorter? Kind of like the 1.0 release where they came after a fair amount of time. I have no idea how these scripts work, I just use them :P
  12. Hi, for some reason whenever I call in the Fixed wing, I get a message saying it was shot down in a couple seconds. Also, is there anyway to speed up the time it takes for the aircraft to arrive? EDIT: Just noticed the hotfix. I'm trying it out now.

    Is there a way I can edit .sqm mission files? I'll just try copying the scripts and triggers from those.
  14. I'm a noob to the editor and I'm trying to create artillery in the editor, but I encountered a couple random bugs. I'm using everything in the first part of this video: When I try to create artillery somewhere I'd place 3 mortars and when I start the game, there would only be 2 mortars and people would be stacked on the second one and instantly die. This happens with the other types of artillery and no matter how many units I place. The only time I've managed to actually get it working is with the MLRS. I'm using the latest 1.05 patch. Much help appreciated.:confused:

    1st:28 2nd:15 My rig is: GTX 260 (Latest drivers) C2D e7300 @ 2.66 ghz 4 gb DDR2 Settings: 1440 x 900 Objects detail - high Post process effects - disabled AA and Anisotropic - disabled Everything else - normal View distance - 1200 Vsync - off Does that seem normal for my rig? I feel like it should be performing better. Especially since I've received the same performance on the demo even when I didn't have the latest nVidia drivers.
