I am running Win XP Pro,q6600 cpu with GF 460 video and 4 gig of ram, I get the same error even starting the campaign is not possible for me.

I am running a P67 MB with the I7 2600K cpu @3.4ghz with a GTX 560TI 2gig video card and I am getting great frame rates, no lag. I have textures set to high and most other stuff. I do notice the blade stall but if you back off the cyclic and the collective it is very manageable. One thing almost all simmers have gotten use to doing is over driving, be it a car, airplane or helicopter and getting away with it. Well this sim here is not going to be over driven. In black shark over driving crashes rotor blades. Here over driving creates a blade stall condition on the advancing blade. This one will take time, practice and study before it is mastered. Thanks guys for another tech leap fore-ward for helicopter simulations on the personal computer!!

I am having the same trouble with the Warthog Hotas. The Axis are detected and setup fine. The buttons on the flight stick setup ok also. But the buttons on the throttle are not detected and hence can not be set. I chalked it up to being a beta, I am hopeful they will fix this in the final.

I am using the right throttle for collective. What I did was positioned the throttle full forward then selected collective up and pulled the throttle full back. That set the up part then I put it full back select collective down and pushed it full forward and set the down part. It has been working great and is very sensitive which is what I like in helo's. I do not use target software because of early problems in DCS A10C. I just set the throttle up in the game software.

I can't even get my trackir to work I am using the old pro3 without the vector stuff just the plain look left right up and down but I can't get the game to see it. I updated the software and TOH is in the list but still no joy. In the video I wonder if it is a FPS problem that will be better after they optimize the game... Forget about the TrackIR I finally found the post that said to go into the config file and turn it on. It works but you are right there is some weirdness.

YoYo, Thanks for reminding me about updating the games list:icon_redface: I got the collective working by setting it as a analog controller in the game. I don't use the target software, I just set the controls in game usually. After being able to fly for a little bit, this has absolutely got a ton of potential. The sense of speed when down low is really good.:D Thanks for the quick reply.

Well it did load, so that is good. I am using the Thrustmaster Warthog Hotas and Saitek pedals. I have TrackIR 3 Pro, Hey it still works even for DCS A10C. After I went in and setup controls. The joystick and pedals work great but the throttle does not seem to make much difference on the collective, the game detected and allowed me to set the throttle to collective, it just seems unresponsive.:confused: The TrackIR is greyed out and does not work at all...any ideas on this or is only the latest trackir supported?:butbut: It works for a Beta but to me so far it feels more like an Alpha. The FPS is ok and the graphics don't matter a lot to me if the Helo dynamics are correct. System Spec is MSI P67A-GD55 with 12 gig ddr3 ram, Intel 2600K cpu running 3.4ghz and Nividia 560 TI 2 gig video. Nothing is overclocked and Win 7 64bit for os.

I found Lagushina. I was told to take her to LZ Jersey How do I get her to move? I open the command menu's and there is nothing. Were is LZ Jersey? I look at the map and don't see it. I am reading everything I can find on this game but I am finding it hard to understand. I finished OPFP Dragon Rising. I like the combat in ARMA 2 better but these hide and seek missions are the pits. Thanks:confused: Sorry for the post... I found were this is a bug I guess. There are others having the same problems and no fixes are mentioned so I will just play on and forget it.
