Ah i found the problem,there was no -mod-beta in the command line,so finely after hours mocking around i got it to work,the command line iam using is:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2\beta\arma2.exe" -noSplash -noFilePatching -mod=@CBA;@ACE;@ACEX -mod=beta thanks for all the support guys...
  2. Start is in : "c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\arma 2"
  3. this is my command line:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2\beta\arma2.exe" -noSplash -noFilePatching -mod=@CBA;@ACE;@ACEX...as before it doesnt work,i cant see what the problem is??do you? the error is :compiling pixel shader i've compared my command line with this one> http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/ArmA2:_Error_compiling_pixel_shader And cant make out the big difference

  5. A thanks for the info,i've been trying to get the Ace mod working for 4 hours now!!!i dont know what the hell iam doing wrong here :pet2: i'll reinstall arma and try again tomorrow,perhaps someone will make a simple installer.....(Wild) for now i give up!!tomorrow is a new day..
  6. 3 trys no luck!! now i have a different error:Include file x\cba\addons\script_macros_common.http not found does it matter wich beta patch you're using? Does it matter if you have a steam account/install??
  7. Hello ,i've installed the ACE2mod as told,but when i want to start it, i get the following error: error compiling pixel shader PSTreeADV:0 and Arma 2 wont start up with the ACE2 mod Does anyone here know what kind of error this is,what it means and how i can clear it?

    First of all i want to say this is a great mod,but in my opinion the dust from the small caliber weapon impacts is way too big,it makes a 5.56 round look like a 25 mm round at 300 meters,i would like to remove the file that contains that part of the mod,but i dont now wich one it is,can someone help me out here??
  9. fantastic work on ACE2 guys,i was wonderening,anychance that there will be Anti-personel mines developed as well?,and what about the ability to booby trap weapons ect...
