riflejammed

During game play when I'm aiming my weapon down the entire screen becomes very bright and when i aim it straight, it becomes normal. This happens constantly no matter which mode im playing and is very annoying. any1 has any suggestions on what i must do to fix this problem? - Thanks GTX-280 Win-Vista 64bit Duo-core 3.2ghz 4gig 8500 ram
