thx, the solution was pretty easy. finding the key doesn't matter with dl's from Gamers Gate, since you can't install the games they distribute via the autorun anyway. the solution was to run their file named "Download ArmA 2.exe" again. That started the install. looks good so far...

hi, i just dled the arma 2 via gamersgate, installed it, applied the 1.03 patch. the system froze and i had to restart my rig. upon rebooting i figured i might reinstall the game to be on the save side. to my surprise it won't let me via autorun (there is no setup.exe in the dl either). uninstall won't work either, so i manually deleted all the files. figures i need to delete the registry, right? but where exactly? using regedit didn't get me anywhere, also using ccleaner or advanced system care didn't do anything. thx in advance for any hints :)
