Anyone experienceing strange movement bug?

I am also having a problem with infantry forward movement being stopped when I move the mouse from side to side to have a look around. Currently using version 1.04. I am unsure how to correct this problem. Is it a settings issue? Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
