how do i create a new .pac file to use to skin an addon

I have done this and the texture gones on the crate and shows up on oxgyen and when I click bulldozer it says cannot load texture and when I turn the camera around its white where I put it

you should add spider mechs

i played it, its okay but there's problems with the online

in the missions it tells you to press q to lift up and put auto hover on but i've tried everything and it still won't lift
