I'm stuck in the high command tutorial because the AI won't acknowledge my orders. I get to the point where I'm instructed to move my units to the nearby truck, and I'm stuck. The only order I can give from the quick command menu is "set waypoint," but nothing happens, either in first-person or from the map. I tried the commands in the "move" complex command menu, but that doesn't help either. I've seen videos of people controlling groups from the map with the mouse, like a RTS, but that doesn't work for me. I can issue squad-level commands just fine, but nothing else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Patch 1.03 seems to have fixed the problem.

I can't begin the related tutorial because I can't issue orders to anyone. When I switch to the high command menu, the only order I can give is "set waypoint," which is promptly ignored by my troops, whether in the 3d game world or from the map. I've seen videos of people clicking on units and then on the destination from the map, like an RTS, but that isn't working either. I post this in Troubleshooting rather than General because it seems like a bug. Thanks for any help.
