Entrails

This is driving me nuts... I'm guessing its probably something simple. I have downloaded 1.03 and had it saved to the path C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2 as instructed but as I load the game it still loads as 1.01. Therefore Im unable to multplayer because apparently my version is the old even though Ive downloaded the new??
