A few threads back someone stated he uses one. It's not offical compatible, but there are PC-drivers availlable.

The PS Eye is 60 fps I think. Is the fps the most important factor for smoothness? I still haven't decided what cam to buy also. There's a lot to choose from.

I agree that the ai doesn't behave that good always, but it is the overall feeling that this game provides that makes it one of the best games ever for me.

Just registered to post in this thread. I agree with the topic-starter, this is one of the best games ever made. And I think the developers deserve some positive feedback for their hard work. This serie (starting with the original OpF) is in my top 3 of best games ever. And since I am a fairly old guy, that says alot :)
