There is a fix for this issue and a open feedback tracker regarding this. I'm running the 2.00.147110 new PROFILING branch with PERFORMANCE binaries. This has fixed it for me. https://feedback.bistudio.com/T154335

Same problem here, I have a problem, the VON slider in the audio options doesn't change the volume level any more. My VON level seems to be at maximum and even if i drag the slider to zero nothing changes. Any idea what is causing this?

Steam update is incredibly slow for me and a whopping 4gb+ to dl for a 100mb+ patch. Promised myself when i bought cod4 on steam to never to use steam again. stupid me.
