wonder why BIS did it for airplanes alone and not have it done for the helis. well at least this is a good move towards better draw distance for vehicles.

A2 does not support TI maps...I should be clearer, i'm saying the reduce of the default all white heatmap of A2 units to become grey instead.

Was there any changes done on Arma2 TI mapping? I don't see any changes as per the change log when playing this RC version.

Been waiting for this feature since OA launched, really hope BIS will make it happen. But I'm not putting my hopes high seeing other higher priority stuffs in their pipeline.

How do i recruit AI when played as SP? Even after selecting as section leader I don't have any AIs under me.
Also, some point are not cap-able by AIs such as the one in Shapur on top of the building.

Why not have the new campaign on 3rd party map such as Lingor or duala, these are great maps.

Better left for mission design as it would probably break missions if it were an addon thing. But I'll think about it, if it can be done in a safe way.Why not make it a switch that can be turn on/off? something like how GL4 or DAC did it? forgive me if i am dead wrong. :)

Yup, ACE2 is "intended" for mp BUT can be played on SP as well. I play with ACE2 on SP all the time, heck even SP campaign like SealTeam6 uses ACE2 features.

Hi Sick1, played the earlier version and loved it, what to look for that is improved/overhauled for this version if I have it another go?

I am using ATI HD4850 gfx card with latest catalyst, did not encounter the flickering issue you mentioned yet after playing for a few hours. Apart from the blurry text and overblown HDR/bloom effect , everything else seems ok.

wow, lots of discussion going on pertaining to the comment i made earlier. I hope it doesn't deter the effort made on this campaign or made everyone jumpy and being defensive.
