This is a great campaign and BIS could do with taking a few notes on your implementation. I'm playing Checkpoint Charlie now and this truck has contraband on board. I have no way to turn him away or arrest him. Am I missing something or is this glitched out? -
Great mod! I love it. If you have a hotfix or update planned, could you please have a look at the recoil? The M9 and Glocks have it, but the CZ-75s and 1911s handle like we're dry firing it. I can ripple off the entire magazine and the gun doesn't move.

Oh I see. I didn't know it was an in-house creation and assumed it was integrated from another mod like the M4s. I have a lot of mods and it gets confusing at time haha. I guess I'll just write a script to remove the sidearms or replace them with the 1911s if I make a mission that I like.

Who made the M9 that all the units use as a sidearm? It has the no sound bug that all guns got when the game got updated. I'd like to see if someone put out a patch for it.

I'm trying to make a mission with Massi's Marines. Is there anyway to standardize the camo pattern? I'm seeing people randomly in woodland, desert and artic camo. Even on the squad level they are not consistent. -

Wait wait wait. This is really all we're getting? Are you serious? NATO doesn't even have a single stinking jet? 75% of NATO's battle doctrine since 70s has been air power air power air power, and you're telling me they didn't bring one manned jet? Not a single F/A-18 or Growler? Not one F-22? Why do we even have paratroopers when we don't even have a C-130 to dump them out of? I don't mean to be rude or ungrateful but I feel like this is a step backward from the previous games. Even if they just ported the Arma 2 planes and fluffed them up I'd be happy. That's what they did with the L-39. I seriously hope they're putting the rest aside as DLC, even paid DLC. Right now the game just still feels unfinished content-wise. How do the Greek armed forces have more air power than NATO? Dude, I like this game too. But no campaign and very slim pickings vehicle wise? This isn't their first game. They've been doing this for over 10 years. -

They actually are that way in real life. OFP/Arma has always had multiple islands on release. As for the desert map I'm could one can be made very quickly. -

Hopefully since proper naval combat may be in the cards this will finally be implemented. If you're engaging with a little PBR you're going to have everyone shooting, not just the gunner. I also hope you can fire a rifle from inside a Blackhawk. Maybe not the most kosher thing realism wise but it's been done before.

Better close quarters battles and interiors. Ability to move inside and on moving vehicles. I'm thinking shooting your rifle out of a Blackhawk or moving around inside a C-130. To say nothing of boats. Better stealth. Right now the AI can spot me a kilometer away at night in the rain if I use a suppressed rifle.

Sorry for the harsh title but CQB has never been a strongpoint of BIS's. Fighting in buildings is so frustrating because the game doesn't support it very well. Forget using bots indoors. Since modern warfare consists mostly urban combat they would do well to significantly improve their approach to indoor combat. Arma 3 could be the perfect game if they could just get this part right.

F-35 is in Arma 2. There's also Xm8s floating around in Arma 2 and those got cancelled too.

I'm hesitant to call for this. There are people that have been coding for these games since OFP days. They know the language very well. If we switch that means it'll take more time for the hardcore people to learn it and make new stuff. -

I like this! It beats having to design missions specifically with uniforms in mind. On real islands there are several environs at once and you need to be able to change as needed. -
I hope those are the recommended specs. That's just crazy. That's a high end system today and still will be beefy next year. They want all that and only want 2GB of RAM? I smell 32 bit. Since those processors likely won't even meet the minimum anymore I hope they have 64bit binaries.
