Changing the visibility settings did pretty much nothing. Lowering the brightness to 0.5 helped somewhat, but it still looks like someone set off a smoke grenade and attached it to me feet. If I could just figure out the damn screenshots (Print Screen just gives me a black screen), I could post a picture. Hell, I'll just take a pic with my normal camera if I have to.

This is an odd bug. There's a constant, thick layer of what appears to be in-game smoke or fog over my vision when I play. This also appears during the background video while on menus. This causes extremely bad lag and makes playing the game essentially impossible. I've set all of my graphics to the lowest setting, but the fog remains. What causes this?
