I just played on the new patch. I am still getting receiving screens every so often. However, they are less frequent and I can fix the issue by looking at the map.

Not sure if this is possible but it would be a fix until BIS patches the problem. Could we create a .bat file or similar to run the flush command automatically every so many minutes. That way you could play the game without having to think about putting the command in manually. It would be almost normal.
