I followed this lead but i dont think this is the case, i checked event viewer and there were no crashes, plus its not when i respawn that i crash- but pretty much as soon as i see the scoreboard. My rig is: c2d 8300, 4gb ram, nvidia 8800 gts 512 mb, windows7. I have had this game since launch and this strange problem has only happened since yesterday. very strange.

Hi there, I have a most peculiar problem with ArmA2 in that: when i play MP and when i die, i'll be treated to the scoreboard and then swiftly returned to the desktop. The program has effectively crashed, and not visible on the start bar, however is still listed on task manager. Before i noticed this was happening, at one point i had 4 clients running in the background. Known problem? Any known fixes?
