I'm having a very similar problem; whenever I try to get technical support from a Cheskey they ignore my overtures. One would think, on the surface, that putting up a troubleshooting message board would indicate a willingness on their part to, you know, facilitate a resolution of their mistakes... not the empty pretense of help; it's almost an insult, really. This is like some sort of sick triangle. Us on the outside, them on the inside, ignore us. We'd help each other, I'm sure, I know I'd help you, but we can't. Only the Cheskey's have what we need... and they're too busy being made fools of on the soccer pitch by Slovakia. I suppose it's to be an expected, how can you expect a people who lack self respect to respect others? Color me disappointed.
