How do I order the NAPA guys around?

I understand all that, but there is a large open field between your start position and the town, with very little cover. On top of that, the town is so far away that you cannot see the Chedaki via your ironsights, only through binoculars, making it almost impossible to make kills. And if it's not me, it one of my team getting killed. It is so frustrating.

Help please! The part in Badlands when you have to attack Novy Sobor with NAPA - how is it possible to complete it? When I run through the trees towards the village, either myself or my team get killed by the Chedaki EVERY TIME. NAPA don't seem to help either. They leave the vehicles and proceed on foot, hardly helping at all. I've tried flanking the village aswell but no joy, I always get killed. Am I supposed to control the NAPA guys? Help appreciated! I can't get past this one.

This mission is the biggest joke ive ever seen in a game. I'm just after leaving the red car that NAPA drive you in, and have chosen to go to NAPA instead of CDF. But I cannot make it to them. I keep getting killed. The place is crawling with enemies, and they always attack, which sounds the alarm, which sends TWO fucking choppers after you. It is IMPOSSIBLE to complete. I've tried the stealth approach but either the enemy see us or one of my team opens fire, despite telling them to hold fire. HELP!

You are never meant to get to the evac zone. You have to go with NAPA.
