Why no in between option?

Not if you have a crappy 125kbs connection like me. You'll be sitting at the desk waiting for like 10 minutes (which is forever in computer nerd-ism time)

It not that some of us are "ignorant", it just we really didn't want any 3rd party software being part of an installation. It's completely fine if it was only for users whom bought and install it from the online Distribution software client. However buying a physical copy of the product and having to install the 3rd party software is something I hate having to do. So going on and calling other people "ignorant", "stupid" or such is something you should avoid doing. Not everyone agrees with you. Even BIS knew some of their fans will not like the decision they've made. Take that sentence as a reminder that not all the anti-steam junkies are "ignorant". -------------------------- An as for BIS decision about it, I'm disappointed that even DVD users have to install steam. I was honesty hopeful that my favorite games are still going with the DVD or Online choices of availability. Even simcity is doing the same but with much more strict policies. I suppose it's a good thing that there's an offline mode, But the fact that majority of the games I'm waiting for is now saying "offline mode" available scares me. Here's my question to anyone at BIS You provided a small FAQ about it, one of the questions said this: Do you really mean only by this year? or, No Arma 3 at all? Hell, take as much time as you like making the game. Anyone who is rushing you can pipe down and wait, for good things take time. I was willing to wait for another year for this game to be released and another month or so for my giant robot bunny in the game, and I'm still willing if it also means it could help a small possible chance of it changing the idea.

I've played a lot of games that had anti-cheat systems that I felt were made with the special intent of annoying the hell out of me, Punk-buster to take the crown, but I've never had a problem with Battle-eye. Half of the time forget about it being on my system, damn thing is like a statue of a ninja to me. I say keep it.

I'm fine with Steamworks in ARMA III, only if it comes with the version bought off steam. However If it came with the DVD I version bought from some other vendor then no. However, if Steamworks included my giant robot bunny that shoots slushies I wished for, then I'll buy.

Heyyoo!! I somewhat have the same series motherboard as you! (P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3) But anyways, You might have four "Nvidia HD Audio" showing up in your Device manager maybe because you have multiple NVIDIA related products that has HDMI? And this information may or may not help you, but your mobo should be capable of supporting 7.1 sound configurations. I have two GPU's that both have HDMI. When I open up device manager, It shows a total of 8.

44 rockets and 12 ATGM vs 24 rockets and 4 ATGM (8 ATGM's Max, But with some items removed?) That's seem extremely unbalanced. BIS should make a few of those rockets on the Hamok "confetti launchers" They will be very useful for surprise attacks! :yay:Who agrees?:yay:

Games can only be unbalanced if you have all the good players on one team, and the newbies on the other. Don't be silly!

Has body seen this? Next-generation heatsink has no fan at all? I think I've just found a whole new way to slice off my finger when I go sticking my hand in my machine while its on! The only funny thing I see with this cooler is everything else in your machine is going to be all dusty and you CPU heatsink will be nice and shiny.

I felt so embarrassed because I know that get into vehicle animation all to well. The only thing the video was missing was the old dance animation. But Arma III should look like anything that has a giant robot bunny with slushie guns. Still wanting that.
