Hi SaOk, loving the mission! But i'm having trouble getting my mortars to work. I call it in through the Shift-6 hotkey, but nothing happens, the menu just closes. What exactly do i need to do to get it working?

This beta is causing Battleye to kick me when trying to join a server; unknown game version. The previous betas were working fine on the same server. I tried joining a different server with the this beta, and it worked... not quite sure what that means though lol

Has svenson released a working version of addonsync?

where can i find the rpt file and other files to help diagnose crashes? I've got a reoccurring crash where it will stutter for a second or two then CTD

with the last couple of betas i've been getting warnings from windows that i'm running out of memory, but i've got 4gb and i'm only running arma. does this mean arma is using more memory, or it's a bug?

I think it's a bug specific to those missions. I remember having similar problems sometimes when i'm playing DOM.

@Coffeecat Could you please run an Arma benchmarking mission and post the fps you get, as well as your exact in game video settings? I'm running a similar rig to yours, and i recently upgraded to a gtx 470 from a gtx 260 but the performance increase didn't seem that great. thanks.

I know personally that i've accidentally closed arma several times by pressing alt-F4. Usually from choosing unit 4 while free looking.

Is it worth upgrading my current GTX 260 216SPs to a XFX HD4890 1gb Xtreme? I can get one for around $150 AUD... would the increased performance be worth the $150?

yeah that's what i've been using, but the ai can be unpredictable in choosing a landing spot. They tend to ignore trees and other helicopters.

The title pretty much explains it all. A command that tells an ai pilot to land at a specific location, so they treat it like a H-pad.

I'm thinking of upgrading my E8500, but i wanna stick with LGA 775 or else i'll have to spend $400 upgrading RAM and motherboard. is it worth getting a Q6700 or something similar in price?
