Weird cause i always have to wait for them which makes me put them on safe. When i order my AI team to crouch they crouch. If it is such a bad product why are you still here?

So now we are at the point.... you don't like the campaing which is equal to game being useless, broken, bad and what not.....*sigh* Maybe BIS should hire you to write their code for OA, i'm sure you'll take this game into new heights :eek: Hehe thats actually a good idea, a kiddie campaign :p

So UAV is not as you expected, game must be broken. So you can't manage to control you AI mates, thats obviously because game is broken.

Video memory on DEFAULT gives me CTD's!

Post date of thread/poll: 06-29-2009 I'm sure theres been fixed things between then and now ;) Then there's people who vote negative because AI is killing them through bushes and trees, AI shooting through concrete walls etc. which has nothing to with game being broken but is just bugs. Then there's people who simply don't want to get helped, everything you suggest they have already tried or simply refuse to try. All they want is complaining.

Who cares, i'd rather play ArmA 2 with 500 mature dedicated players than playing COD/DR/BF or whatever with 5000 cheating/cussing/whining little teenagers!

Yeah i must be lucky or maybe it's my computer that can handle the game. I'm possitive that i'm not the only one as i see lots of people playing online almost everyday!

Yes i am getting the point. I can get 70-100+ fps in Chernogorsk the biggest city on Chernarus with lots of units and what not. So you conclude game is broken because you can't get more than 55 fps in a mission in the campaign, that makes no sense. Yes true this can't be compared 100% but it surely puts thing in perspective.

So now we can only judge the games performance on that exact mission/place in the game... bs. So if i can get a FPS ranging from 70-100+ in Chernogorsk with a great deal of units it really can't be completely invalid.

I think if you go under Tools->Options->General theres a High performance "Part" here you can select Custom and then press the Select Files... button. Here you can select the game folder!

Really... didn't i say i tried a mission in Chernogorsk(biggest city). I've been playing this mission with people who have asked me to load another mission because their computers couldn't handle it, so please don't compare it with standing in the desert looking at your feet!!!

I just tried setting all to lowest. I tried a homemade mission which is going on in Chernogorsk. My FPS was between 70-90 and sometimes way over 100. I measured this with 'DFS FPScounter' mod.

Yeah but only differences on the examples is blur and some details in vegitation missing on PP example. I still fail to see the better in that :eek: But as long as it's a option it's all dandy :p

Agree. It got nice effects i like, but it got even more bad effects which i hate.
