I hate to be a skeptic but it does make you wonder why there are so many unfinished aircraft shown all at once. Most of the other guys who make addons tend to have focused on just one addon at a time (i.e RKSL's Eurofighter) Through out the creation of the addon (WIP stages) alot of detailed pictures/videos showing individual fine details that have been created/changed. That said, the creator is not complied to inform the community of his/her progress but it does help to bring clarity to whole "Who made that model?" situation... 1 more point. To those who "Don't care" how the addon makes it to the game, ask yourself this: If you were to spend weeks gathering images, drawing sketches/blueprints, successfully making them digital and then going onto make the entire thing from scratch in 3D (potentially costing £££ in tuition fees) How would you feel if your work was then snapped up for free and put into a game by someone else who refuses to acknowledge your existance? I don't know if Sarmat rip their models from other games/copyright holders and i'm not going to make assumptions. If they do, they're taking credit where its not due and whoever deserves that credit will be less than happy if they find out... -

Making Bulidings More Destructible

You'll need to be able to create a model for the fully damaged building, create each section that gets blown apart as a different object, patch them together like a jigsaw, create each frame of animation from when the building is Healthy to when the building is Destroyed. Then implement that into the game using some properly complex config work (and pray to jeebus that there are no bugs) I think what you're trying to describe is pretty much an entirely new destruction engine and that could take a very long time to make. I don't want to dampen your spirit on this but its a mammoth task you've set mate. -

$able, I've contacted orange about the packet loss issue and the technical support guy said that there are loads of people with this problem. It turns out that Netgear have subsequently stopped production of the DGN1000 so Orange have taken on another type of router. They are going to ship a totally different router out to me and it should be here by tuesday. Anyone else with Orange having this problem should contact them ASAP and explain the issue with data packet loss. Be nice to them and they'll send you a new router out :) -

yeah no problem. When I run OA it works fine with no issues and like nuxil suggested, i can only play on servers with it disabled. However, I want to play on =wb= public server which uses BE but everytime I join it will kick me within a few seconds (Battleye client failed to initialize) having sent a few hours going over the forums to see how others have solved it I figured that running the program as administrator would solve it. Only this brought up another problem, when i try to launch it as admin it wont launch and comes up with the error message: Cannot Initialize DirectInput (DirectX 8 required). when i searched this error message, it came up with an issue with battleye but on a game called soldat. -

I don't see the logic behind completely wrecking the online experience for alot of honest players when there are very few hacks who would waste their time hacking a game for very little enjoyment. Don't you think these guys would be more interested in robbing some poor guys bank account online? Basically, I have the same problem alot of people here have and its getting on my tits. Since when did I pay 30 quid for a game that claims to be multiplayer online but actually it's false advertisement because a crappy little anti cheat program is hell bent on the fact that someone will spawn a spaceship with lasers shooting everything in takistan. In essence, what i'm saying is...I'd rather play online with the hacks & spaceships than not play online at all. -

Its happened to me too, only my game isn't freezing and im definately the administrator. I spent about 4 hours trying to get onto the =wb= server with 3 of them trying to help me find a solution but to no effect. -

I know I won't be watching the leaked video and I won't chase up this file. I hope everyone else does the same. I'm sorry the team has to put up with his actions. In my opinion he should be removed from all ARMA based websites. -

Most anticipated mod of the year...hands down. I hope it brings the game to a new level like ACE2 did. What Bruce did to you guys was incredibly callous and as much as it broke the NDA I doubt you guys would want to take legal action against him. I just hope you can take solace in the fact that his actions will likely exile him from any mod teams in the future. Still, you guys are doing a great job and I look forward to the release of PR:ARMA2 -

I have been making some new models for this new project that I am working on. Currently I am modelling the weaponary for the units and will be developing from there (time permitting). in the init box of the unit you want to use type this: removeallweapons this;this addweapon "classname of weapon";this addmagazine "classname of mag"; the classnames of the weapons and mags can be found in the readme of the weapon pack you want to use. I know it seems that its a long winded process but if you are patient enough to do this it will pay off. Now i'll wait for the moderator to give you a sound telling off for putting this in the wrong thread :P
