    Maybe. Have you updated your DirectX drivers? Sucks if it doesn't work, it looks great. It should work on all nVidia and ATi cards, at least according to the author. Also, make sure you turn off any on-screen display programs and monitoring tools such as Fraps, ATI Tray Tools, MSI Afterburner, GPU-Z, XFire etc. Although on my PC, it seems to work normally if any of these are running while playing.

    No, I'm afraid it's not possible. Check the other threads of discussion about it if you'd like to know. But we will publish a SP dynamic mission in style of zombie survival if anybody is interested.

    DayZ for CWA/OFP?

    Krzychuzokecia sums it up well here. We have been making a RPG-style campaign for singleplayer in style of sandbox zombie survival and it doesn't have any problems ATM. Drinking and eating systems work great and all that, but I think it's not worth of uploading here or anything; it isn't that spectacular. And my two cents about the OFP defensing and why I still play it: OFP is fun to play because of the mighty fine working, straightforward gameplay mechanics, no surplus things and everything works just right supporting other elements and working strictly as a sturdy mechanism. And I guess over 10 years of playing the game has carved a special place in me, something that has just jointed and locked there forever which no other game has ever done for me. I just can't stop playing it. Sorry, I had to :p, Regards.

    0.99 will be released within a few weeks. It will include new unit models for some infantries that you gave, 3D sights for pistols, fixed animations for 3D sights, lodneeded added for Berghoff's objects to help keeping a constant fps, on-the-fly adjustable hand grenade throwing power, Berghoff's objects to all BIS islands + some other things.

    Veni Vidi Vici Mod beta 1.0

    Congratulations on the release! I'm downloading and posting a brief impression of the mod when I've finished the download. EDIT: Okay, what I really liked was the models and textures of the units, they are good work and look brilliant in-game. The sounds fit well to the mod, and the animations and the melee fighting system is good considering the limits of OFP. What I loved in it was the vibe; I personally value atmosphere and immersion in a game, and they are nailed in this mod. What I didn't like was the interface: It was stretched for me at least (16:9) and harsh to my liking, it could improve a bit. Keep on improving the mod, I'm waiting! Regards.

    Unfortunately not anything groundbreaking. Slowly making progress of getting every weapon 3D sighted, fixing bugs and improving things. But we have decided to release the final version of Binmod this summer, and we are slowly working for the full presentation and finalization. Also, we have been thinking of making a "mini side mod thingy" for Binmod in style of the infamous DayZ mod for ArmA 2, but nothing on that case has been decided yet... it firstly has a list of difficulties to tackle. Only time will tell. EDIT: Oh, and an important update: a modifiable value for the zoom on the 3D sights, so you can adjust it to your liking will be introduced in the next release. The zoom question seemed to cause little fuss, so this will help. Regards.

    A peer-to-peer system would be good, but honestly, how many would give seeds for an OFP mod nowadays? Not many. Anyways, here is the new patch (v. 0.9 to 0.98) for those who are interested: It is recommended (not required) to use FWatch 1.1 for CWA by Faguss to get all the features working. Changelog: - Sonic crack system improved (it now works properly as in 3D environment) - Many weapons to the 3D sights category - Hill bug when lying fixed (3D sights are aligned correctly) - Crouch and stand stances are working in hills with 3D sights (requires FWatch 1.1) - Blur effects when hit (requested by NacroxNicke) - New Humvee vehicles - DSAI in stealth mode now silent - New weapon: RPD - Bullet vapor trail effect - AI aiming & shooting adjusted - Bugfixes and many more...     1. Delete your 0.8 version of Binmod 2. Then, download the Binmod 0.9 base file: ftp://ftp.ofpr.info/ofpd/mods/BINMOD_0.9.rar 3. After that, patch it to 0.95 here: ftp://ftp.ofpr.info/ofpd/mods/BINMOD_0.9_to_0.95.rar 4. It is also recommended to download the update here: http://www.multiupload.nl/YKNA91A1FB It's a chunk to download, but when the next patch comes, we will upload the whole mod and a patch from 0.9-0.95 to the new version.

    Thanks for your post. Unfortunately that's the disadvantage of the 3D sights currently. It can't be fixed for the aiming system pressing the RMB (AFAIK), but we are trying different workarounds for it. Yeah, we have forgot to put the DSAI silent when in stealth mode. It is there in the game logic, but we advise you not to use it at the moment since it's not working properly. About the blur; we will try to make it, but it can be bugged. If it's possible to make it properly, it's use will be optional.

    To enthirst your excitement, we will upload an update tonight; an update, which will concern almost perfect sights for AK-47 and AK-74 with their variants, plus PKM and RPK-74. Unfortunately US weapons did not make into this update, as they are much harder to adjust. We really appreciate your offer of help, but there isn't much to do remotely. Maybe you could make us some single missions? Not related to Binmod, we have made a profile for DWVAC (Voice Activated Commands) in OFP, so you can control units via speech, it works fantastic.     Thank you very much for that feedback! Insurgents\Middle-East Rebels aswell as Spec-Op units have wrong animations, but they will be made in the next patch release. Opinions: - We could try to adjust the zoom, but it will be a mess with some of the sights and clipping will happen. We will see what we can do. - Yeah, the sounds are remade or modified for nearly every weapon. Now AK-series guns have great sounds parallel to the other common weapons. - Thanks! They are precisely adjusted to be smooth, with swift interpolations etc. - Yes, that was one of the first modifications to the mod, didn't you notice it earlier? :p If you want some missions to test, try "Revenge!" from single missions and "Alert" from the CWC campaign, they work great with the 3D sights. And beware for the skill changing, as this mod is adjusted for the Super AI. Fixed. Check the first page.

    Uncomfortable to hold? V is for the original 2D sights, but you can make different key mappings by yourself using the same form. Unfortunately, the desired key must be held.

    Yeah, You should most definitely lower your sensitivity if the sights jag or stutter. A little adjustment is a big change in terms of helping the sights stay stable, try it. They need some time to get used to, but when you do, there's no coming back, but this is my opinion. And thanks for that link!

    Thanks Icarus! No, we will not make it into another FFUR SLX, never. The only weapons that work or partially work are listed on the 3D sights page on the installation part in readme, and it doesn't include any pistols. Sights are still harshly W.I.P, so don't use 3D sights with uncomplete weapons, especially pistols, as they will surely bug a lot. Other than that, you can still use the 2D variant pressing the good ol' V key. But as for me, I can't really use the ironsighted 2D sights, as I think they really look stupid after the 3D versions, but that's just my opinion. Happy playing!
