Cod4 is something you play and forget about after a while, Arma2 is somthing you install first of everything after a clean install of your system. And you display the the DvD cover first and upmost in your selection of games....if you ever got a DvD cover that is :)

True true, but as allways "cash is king" and rules us all. Happily Bohemia allso got VBS2 that generates some fiscal results i imagine :) The armies of the world are not the ones pirating downloads. Another good reason to bring ideas from arma2 to vbs and from vbs to arma2

Good news. Thanks for developing :) I see that there is a command to change passwords for the Rcon, this means anyone logging in to Rcon will be able to change it? Will there be different account settings to make someone a "superuser" whilst others will be regular admins, possible to assign users of Rcon different settings so to speak ?

Im guessing he's was looking to kill something, not able to kill in Arma2 he tured to CoD4? Anyways, if you downloaded(Nexway/sprocket) the game and its protected by SecureRom and you need to revoke it in your cmd(dos window) on the computer which it is installed. If that doesnt work you will have to write a e-mail to securerom(or where you bought the game) and ask them to prolong you activation. Usually its set to 3 times. If you deleted the install without revoking the game, the e-mail solution is the way to go since there is no way to revoke a game not installed on the computer.

Right O' on topic then :P I hope you consider releasing the material and let others enjoy the fruit of your work.. im sure, or at least im sure(cus im looking for a dedicated writer of missions), that by realesing the your efforts would bring more players/contributers to the game thus giving the game more reasons to play it :D

hmmm.. well..with the problems we got on servers, ppl joining just to destroy the game i can see why you want to keep everything private. However.. is that the way to build a community. Saying that my comment is "What a ridiculous thing to say" i hope you took the time to see what we are about ? At least we are trying to make the game more popular by makeing the game and contributers(mission makers, mod makers etc) more accesible to the common player. If not, then please click on my signature that says " its not about what the commuinty can do for you, its about what YOU can to for the community" Tell me how makeing everything private makes the game more popular pls? What we are experiencing on servers TV2 are ppl just joining to make the servers unplayable by hacks and destroying assets.. that may be one of your arguments, feel free to use it as your argument. BUT listen.. it does'nt really help now does it?

If its vanilla.. im guessing they may have installed a mod in the root/gamefolder/Addons or they simply got another version of the game.. maybe a update will solve it We somtimes get those messages on TV2 servers too, but seems like players are able to solve it and connect. If not, might be edited material to harm your server... we allso get a lot of ppl with shotguns = arty --> How to edit that to get the hack.. i donno

Thats usually if you connect to a server using mods, example ACE or any other mod that has other -\sounds.pbo -\structures.pbo than your client. Or you are trying to join a server whilst you have your mods activated To fix it you need to download the mod the server uses and start your games with the mods supported by server. Signature check is activated on the server you are trying to join and the server sends that message to you

You can allso enable it in WarefareBE :) Its a good show, but cost all upgrades on AF + 150 000.. feel free to test it out on the servers

Yeah.. i do :) I think its fun to play with regulars and get to know ppl on servers ingame.. both comic remarks and memorable moments often happen as a result.
