  1. Hi. Once again I'm puzzled by scripting. How come this does not work on dedicated server? waitUntil{!(isNil "BIS_MPF_InitDone")}; "dynamicBlur" ppEffectEnable true; "dynamicBlur" ppEffectAdjust [5]; "dynamicBlur" ppEffectCommit 1; I'm trying to fix/convert an older mission of mine to chernarus using only vanilla A2. This works fine on editor and locally hosting.

    Well, it's called from a separate script launched from init.sqf. I had a variable check in there earlier to see if a condition was met thus preventing the script launch but now I'll start with baby steps first to see if it works at all. Thank you for that tip, I'll give it a go and see if that fixes it.

And how about those video games then? Marvellous! If ITV would also regenerate world history using the A2 zombie mods we'd be like blown away by it. Yes, this is likely to be pulitzer material?

    FinMOD for Close Combat 5 (Normandy) It's been on my pc for many many years.

    Installed this yesterday and was almost on verge of tears seeing that starting menu again after so many years. Now, if I can just find the fdf package again from somewhere...
  18. Point taken. It should be skipped for JIP automatically after it's first run but I guess I could add a parameter also.
  19. Ok, I used wrong impression... no choice really as orders are orders. Building up a dramatic structure works better in SP missions.. :popcornsmilie:
  20. Thanks guys. :b: I also did my last test alone. I took all units with me and we approached the second objective in spreaded line formation and the insurgents stood no chance ,until an armored car rushed in and my AT AI fumbled his shot. The first task is no motivating but you as player are a part of a team of total a-holes. I think a touch of immoral choices does good sometimes. Maybe puts things in perspective. :rolleyes:

    OK, domokun. Download the 1.3 version from the first post using "My repository" link. Fixes mentioned in the post as well. Here's a hint: Crew members can use the tank and have someone to move the TOW tripod at beginning from tha base to a secure position for the tanks. You propably mean the mission "R&R gone bad" :D Glad you guys like it.

    It can be a nuisance I know... I found this thread, maybe it helps: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=101196&highlight=assemble+static+weapon I sort of thought this mission to be long forgotten but if there's any interest I could do some fixing/upgrading on it. And yes, there are some static weapons in one of the corners... you might be the first to discover them, hehe.. Since it uses the R3F script, instead of disassemble one can just move them around.

  24. Well, our boys still play it and it was good fun once but I've become irritated with: *AI Javelin spamming *Ridiculous IC maps with floating fortresses etc *AI being crack shots from the hip/2000 meters away Of course the PvP scene is a different issue.
