  4. Dear All, I have liaised with, Sander, whom has made an original coop mission pack for IFL:44 and he has given me permission to convert these to IFA3. I have made a start with the SP/Coop mission, IFA3 Co14 Automatic Drive, which I have released on my steam workshop. (See below) Summary The conversion to IFA3, included the following additions: I have put in new versions of the F3 mission framework; Added in a IFA3 only limited Virtual Ammo System Box(VAS); Added in a paradrop system for mission insert options; Added CH View Distance Script by champ-1; Increased performance significantly by implementing ZBE_Cache AI & Vehicle caching by zorrobyte; In the mission startup parameters the mission admin can choose from 3 different medical systems and 3 different radio TS3 plugin systems: Medical System options include: BIS default; F3 simple wounding; AGM medical system Radio options include: Default BIS; TFAR; ACRE; ACRE2 Mission admin, can from the briefing screen, choose a range of Zeus options if needed. This utilses the F3 Zeus Support component which is a collection of functions that make it easier for advanced users to designate themselves, or any player, as curator ("Zeus") using the debug console.   5. It was working this afternoon, as I downloaded the patch. But it is not now.
  6. 1. Make sure you have sapper tools in your binoculars item box. 2. Make sure you have wire(any length) 3. Make sure you have a detonator 4. Place down ordinance on the ground 5. Attach wire to ordinance 6. Move a distance away to hide from blast area 7. Place detonator on the ground 8. Attach wire to the detonator 9. Use detonator. 10. Watch boom!:)

  9. Dear All, I have made major overhauls to my 2 latest SP/Coop missions today, on my steamworkshop. They are Panovo and Baranow map versions of my Op Ravenous mission, which is also based on the Staszow map. Please see the details below. You will also be required to rescue a POW captain. Furthermore, you will be tasked with finding secret intelligence files, which will reveal the location of an enemy spy, whom must be found and eliminated. Then you should move to the village area to destroy enemy assets, including PAK40s, Tiger II panzer and a communication radio mast. Mission Resources and High Command Optional In this CO-OP/SP mission, you play a US 25 man combined arms assault team, operating on the Staszow area in 1944, fighting German forces. The team consists of a 9 and a 6 man US Army squads. In addition, there is a sherman tank, with 5 playable slots, which infantry can ride on the back if required (under high command if needed). There is also a 1 man flyable P47 support aircraft, with service assets near its airfield. (under high command if needed) Furthermore there is a 2 man playable mortar/artillery team, whom also have access to a towable anti-tank if needed. (under high command if needed). Lastly, there is a 2 man sniper/spotter team, for recon' purpose and elimination of HVTs. (under high command if needed). Virtual Ammo System The FOB, has a limited virtual ammo system box, which has explosives, back packs, static weapons and limited, none respawnable vehicles, including a halftrack. Enemy Forces Enemy forces consist of elements of Waffen SS and Heer, are operating a defensive strategy in the AO. Expect upto 2 companies in the AO, with an extremely well defended area around the village, including 3 PAK40 anti tank guns, several MG42 nests, mortar, entrenched infantry and a tank of unknown type. Zeus and Mortar Support It's important to note here, that only the team leader, of Sadist squad, has Zeus control of Iron Front in Arma 3 assets only and has radio support control of artillery if needed. Paradropping Also, please not that at the spawn start, players have the option of paradropping into a selected map position if needed. Revive When players die, the will need to be revived by a medic only. Alternatively, they can suicide and will respawn back at the US starting base.   16. Hi Dar, Not for me to answer your questions. But, regarding your last one. I hardly ever play in clear weather conditions because it's too bright. So I run it mostly in cloudy or in the rain.   17. I think you are right about this mate, but only if the AI are prone. On the other hand, I did notice that the AI find it very hard to spot you, if they are standing up in the long grass and you are prone and moving towards them slowly in the long grass. This may help if you need to move up closer, for a more stealthy kill

  19. Hi Chaps, Tonight from 19:00 - 22:00 GMT/UTC I hosted Iron Front missions in Arma 3. I had several people try to join me, but only 1 person made it through. Thanks Gewy for joining in and playing. We used the Task Force Radio Mod for Arma 3 along with Teamspeak 3, to enhance the mission communications. All in all, it was a good first run at a Sunday coop mission event.   21. Thanks for the requests Chaps, I am working on an IFA3 coop mission pack, with the sole purpose of supporting no respawn coop mission events. When it's done I will probably share with the community. @Gunter, when it's done, I will discuss with you, how to share it via your Iron Front Mission repository.
  22. Hi mate. I have made a coop mission that also uses the high command system for other AI/playble squads. It's a 20 player coop based in Normandy.
