hello can anyone tell me how to get Arma 2 to run in a Windowed mode, I'm testing how hot my graphics card gets.

i had so much fun playing FDF mod for ofp :D it was great.

it would be pretty cool to have a PVP CTI that way

its a bug when u start a chenarus map and then load utes island, i encountered it the other day.

xp 32 bit,35-40 FPS with all normal settings; and my system blows! 1.03 patch + a defrag seems a little beter then 1.02; thats just my opinion

i was commander last night in a Warfare, i built the entire base , i even built up anti aircraft/armor pods, i even had the AI fucking man them. the entire team minus like 3-4 people were idiots and had no clue how to play so they start blowing each other up,i ended up just building 4-5 artillery cannons and launching them on our base & disconnecting; I was so pissed. I was killed/ran over in the commander screen 6 times by different team mates... so understand my anger :D

We need an aircraft carrier like this one,

There are currently a LHD, a Destroyer, and a frigid i believe. but u cant do anything with them as far as i know; other then the LHD addon, which moves allows it to be driven & moveable in the editor.

this has happened since arma 1; if you are in a vechile & you hit something too hard or too fast, after the AI dismount they will start moaning like a dog in heat. its pretty gay.

i ususally do it my self every other night b4 i log off, helps performance out in my opinion, my friend seems to think if you defrag too much it can destroy your hard drive... What ever, I defragged about 2 nights ago, now this is what it looked like b4 and after ARMA 2 1.03 patch install, rediculous lol

yea i thinking that my self, i was running defrag as u made this post :D; on a side note is it possible to Defrag too much? in other words can you destroy your hard drive if u defrag too many times?

I will say this, the campaign, single as well as mutilplayer missions have been resolved for me as far as crashing to desk top go as well as load times/progress; but now im starting to get stuttering when flying around in the chopper sometimes, Not all the time but its enough to piss me off...

i hope patch 1.04 will work on making the game playable for everyone, so every 1 can shut up already :P

its OK for campaign fixes & AI fixes i suppose but performance either did not change or only made it run worse for most people. i thought i was seeing a difference until i started getting low fps in some parts of the map, other then the big cities :(

The only thing I am complaining about is not having a .exe file for the dedicated servers. That should have been released with the 1.03 patch, That goes with out saying; So yes you can understand why everyone is complaining that they cant host from their dedicated server that they pay for. It irritates me and I dont even pay for a server lol.

AMD 64 Athlon x2 3800+ Media Center; 2.0GHz, 2 gigs of memory, MSI ATI radeon 4850 512 MB 230 Gig hard drive,All settings on normal/high, getting my usual 35-40 FPS, the city fighting has improved a little on the ground, but if youre flying around the big cities the stuttering is quite noticeable at times.
