  1. I think it really depends on someone's individual skills. There are member who will get it to work within minutes, others need to be took away and explained step by step. I don't believe that there's a clan or team which claims that ACRE was running well from the beginning for each member.
  2. Yes all of them are using the plugin from the beginning. It's allways the same, when a mission starts everything works fine. But as soon as somebody new connects to the server, some people can be heard all over the map, it doesn't matter how far they really are. And as far as I noticed, it is hardly to reproduce this error, it just happens to everyone. Few hours ago it happens to me. All my mates, that were in game as long as I had been, could hear me via direct speech or via radio. Others who connected later, could hear me all over the map and my mates just nearby. Edit: Maybe this is important: All of us are using following modline: @cba;@ace;@acex;@acex_sm@acre;@jayarma2lib We've also tried to start @acre and @jayarma2lib at first @cba;@acre;@jayarma2lib;@ace... and so on, but this didn't solved the problem. Missions: Domination 2.22 and Cipher: Valleys of the Takiban
  3. Now I've got a new problem. Everytime I connect to a running mission I can hear some people in close distance, the way ACRE should work. But others I hear all the time, no matter where they are. Maybe that's a join in progress kind of thing? Because all other players in game don't encoutnter this bug, but everyone who is joining after me has the same issue.
  4. Hi guys, your install guide tells me to install ACRE on my server by just copying the @ACRE folder onto my Arma2 root folder. But if I start the server, a windows tells me, some acre_config file is missing. What am I doing wrong? Nevermind issue solved
  5. Thanks a lot for this awesome mod. BTW: Is there a way to bind keys from other devices, let's say mouse button or other input devices? Thanks in advance.
  6. Wow, that's exactly what I am looking for. I've serached this forum but couldn't find somethink like this. Could you give me the directlink or even downloadlink, please!
  7. You made my day :D Can we have any further informations on the release date for the next version?
  8. Just start your game, connect to your server, login as admin type "#userlist" tab back to desktop start BERCon.exe login to the same server and enter "players" into command shell. Now in both cases you'll get a list of players currently playing on that server. Just compare the two player#, the one you will get from ingame, by typing "#userlist" and the other you will get by typing "players" in RCon command shell. If you don't notice any diffrence, then feel happy about it. But if you see a diffrence, then you might understand what's my problem.
  9. The player# shown when using "players" BE command is a diffrent from that one you'll get if you type in "#userlist" in the in-game chat. I don't want to kick or even ban mates ;)
  10. Ok got it. But how do I actually get someone's player ID, if I'm not playing the game? I mean i need to know a player's ID if I am looking forward to kick / ban somebody. Is there a way to chat with ppl on the server via RCon?
  11. No can't confirm that one. I tried some commands on my own server and found out that #userlist and #ban won't work.:j:
  12. Hey folks calm down! BIS products are like good wine, it takes some time til it gets it's superb favour :D It's been the same with OFP and Arma, at the beginning I hated these games. But now I don't wanna miss them. So just be patient and let BIS finish there work.
