    i have noticed the same issue, especially in D.U.W.S. scriptmod, it is really annoying. When you are trying to create your own custom loadout, only the back-pack is being loaded when you add any items (magazines etc), the vest or fatigues will not load (even if you click on them), something has changed again in arma3, i hope the VAS author will correct this issue soon, thanks in advance.

  5. hi, i forgot to mention that i used arma3 totally VANILLA, latest/current mainbranch version v1.34.x (without any mods) i was able to reproduce the 'bug' at least 10 times. if the AI leader is invincible, then it got simply stuck somewhere and could not reach the trigger zone of the roadblock before the timer ran out. as i said, the ending logic of this mission is not reliable and it works 1 out of 3 times for the single player..
  6. ok, after reverting and starting over the mission, i have managed to finish it... the thing is that not only you must eliminate all the enemy soldiers around that road block, but also you must make sure the other friendly AI units remains alive, -NOT the ones of your AI squad, but that OTHER AI squad with that sergeant or capt. whatever you started since the beginning of the mission , you must make sure they would reach that road block area in order to activate that 'mission success' trigger! because in my case in that mission, i had all the AI killed , including that sergeant / captain! after i have cleared the area from the enemy soldiers, nobody left alive from that other AI squad to reach the stupid trigger zone.. and that's why the 'mission failure' timer was activated. this is a MAJOR mission design FLAW compromising the SP gameplay experience, poorly created and botched up mission 'logics' with no alternative possibility! i can't believe as of v1.34.x this is not fixed, looks like since it is the SP aspect of the game so probably not that many of fucks are given about it.. where is the creative storyline and mission quality we had in ArmaI/II SP campaigns ???
  7. i have reproduced this maybe 10 TIMES already, as i restarted the mission several times, i have destroyed that stupid tank with explosive charge and also with artillery strike, i then killed every enemy soldier and can walk freely within that roadblock area... before that annoying time out occurs with mission failed.. uhh what do you mean by 'remove the roadblock' ????? HOW DO I DO THAT? i thought a mission success is systematically after removing all the THREAT in the given area WTF im gonna try it now again.. DOH!
  8. i'm replaying the campaign, and i came to this thread to tell this topic is not old and even now, as of november 2014 , in the mainbranch version v1.34.xxx the 'timed' Mission Failed bug is still present in Moral Fibre and im unable to complete that lame mission. that prevents from progression and does fucking ruin the entire SP game experience. ... i've been here since OPFP1985, but i have a pity for the poor new arma3 users/gamers! SO WHAT THE FUCK

  11. yeh, this third episode of campaign was botched up... probably due to lack of imagination, inspiration and motivation (or probably the three at a time). (when you compare the story writing of a game like 'MAFIA') .... and why it's impossible to make fucking game saves and resume at the very end to escape altis???

    possibility to modify and customize inventory when adding an unit! (the same way as it is possible to do with popular mods ie: VAS) and definitely an integration into the 2d editor, i don't understand why we are still prevented from easily creating detailed environement using various 3d objects that since opfp1985..

    also when you have any of your AI squad units sitting as passanger in any vehicle, it is no longer possible to instruct them to open inventory and chose the equipment to load from the vehicles inventory.. that has bee removed recently and thats retarded and fucking annoying add to that also the removal of effects/skirmish init modules sometimes i wonder where the development of this game is going ?

    for real? that is very unfortunate, because i play a lot SP 'DUWS' mod, and when it requires to make long range 'expeditions' with your squad, the fact that vanilla units loadouts are lame and cheap makes your AI moan 'out of ammo' very soon. the resupply on the field has a certain cost and also it is not always possible to exfiltrate with helitaxi to reach back the FOB for resupply.. etc for that purpose, i wanted my ai squad to carry the equipment i would have had set up through VAS, with backpacks full of magazines, medkits, and weapon attachments. etc is there another way to do this ?

    hi how do you load a custom saved equipment loadout layout on to another AI unit of your squad (that's to replace he's default vanilla equipment loadout) ? when i instruct any of my AI squad mate to approach the VAS box, i press its F(number) > 6 and select 'virtual ammo box', he approaches the vas ammo crate and the VAS menu pops up, but when i select a loadout layout it would load it only on myself (player) and not on the AI unit that i have instructed to do so, that even if i'm far from the virtual ammo box 'trigger activation area' thanks

  19. ok, i have fixed it. my savegames are working fine now, the culprit was: the fucking @A3MP mod ! :638::16_6_8: i dont know why, but the @A3MP mod are just maps/islands and it was screwing up the whole shit so much that not only the game save/load was not working with DUWS but also with many other mods! now i keep only Blastcore A3 and JSRS2 (and CBA A3)
  20. forgot to mention, i'm using latest dev branch version it is impossible to save game progress and then load it up again, it will only restart a new campaign-game. i really don't understand why. it is the same with the 'modified' version you have sent to me by email recently.
  21. re games save/load still not working, :( i tried to wipe out some files from the my documents/arma 3 folders as well to create a new game profile, still the same problem
  22. hmm i haven't found that option also, for some reason, i don't know wtf happened, but nothing really works anymore in my MCC installation, i don't see any more any units listed under drop down menu in group generator or spawn i tried to redownload & install, it's still the same thing , really don't know what it is maybe something changed in the new dev branch update

    @Darkhorse 1-6 oh well.. lol, ahem. ok, whatever .. meh!.. forget it. btw, the good thing will be is to code a random traffic pattern generator to have those civilian jetliners landing and departing using some sort of randomly scheduled flights through out the day , and that would be an amazing addition as a mission module for some realism.

    ewww.. :butbut: that really sucks , man. sorry to hear this and sorry for the arma3 community for a potentially compromised future of this project. i saw that coming anyways, yet again we have some greedy 'temple guardians' preventing a freeware project from a game from its development and that's really fucking annoying. I was expecting to see some A320's . I hope you will sort that out. good luck
