I'd like to see these: PRACS IVECO M250 Trucks PRACS Static Weapons PRACS Tank Pack PRACS Sa330 Puma Pack & the PRACS Red Brigade Deployed to aid the Chernarussian Defense Forces in their struggle against the Russian War Machine. *I'd even love to do a mission showing a "speedbump" force of sort deployed in the northern areas to help the CDF slow the Russians down. Using only the trucks, some kind of cannon, & Red Brigade troops fighting for their lives.* Edit: Think Korean War Style... Remember Task Force Smith?

Thank you for calling me an idiot... I don't speak Russian and from the videos it looks like they may be close to a release. For all I know they have already told people the time around when they expect to release it. Last time I checked this thread was the appropriate place to ask such a thing. I have no expectations or demands from SARMAT. I was simply asking whether they were expecting to release it this year or next. -

I checked in the thread but couldn't find the answer to this question. Will it be released before 2010? -
17 here, 18 next June. Not looking forward to getting older seeing as my hopes of following in my family's footsteps and enlisting in the Army ain't gonna happen. Oh and it might be a day late but Happy Birthday Placebo. You've got many more years of getting the psychotic waves of players to follow the rules ahead. ;)

Where can I find those trucks and APCs? Or are they for personal use only? Also have you gotten Avgani/Afghan Village to work in ArmA 2 using CAA1? -
Arma 2 Addon request thread
Darkhorse 1-6 replied to Placebo's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
Technically this is the right place to ask that since this is an Addon Request thread and alot of us either requested a CH53 or had been looking forward to the one Rocket was making. From what I have read (Here and ArmAHolic) the thread was removed. It was a valid question. With 58 pages of requests and some chatter how is my question off-topic? -

I'm a Tom Clancy/Dale Brown/W.E.B. Griffin nut. I'm looking forward to the Wings of Russia pack the OHMod and a separate Russian mod that is being developed-for several reasons. Those reasons include a grand vision of the invasion of Iceland from Red Storm, and me trying (probably failing) to recreate atleast part of The Bear and The Dragon. ;) -

Three things I would like to note: Notice I didn't say who won the war ;) and also the scenario I speak of had Chinese and Russian relations degrading severely over a 5-10 year span before the conflict. Finally, the scenario had the Chinese going after the fairly unguarded oilfields because they only had a month or so of Oil in their "Strategic Reserve" once the current supply ran out (Maybe a month max). *It was after all simply an idea for an alternate storyline once he completes the mod and planned campaign.* -

I've got an idea for you Fromz. I'm an avid reader of military fiction and one of my personal favorites is Tom Clancy's "The Bear and The Dragon" That pits China against Russia. The basic plot is China is that due to certain circumstances (Involving an accidental shooting of the Papal Nuncio to Beijing and a Chinese Baptist Minister) many nations impose a trade boycott on the PRC. The PRC therefore has to find a new source of Oil etc. They find it in Russia (Siberia to be exact) and after lengthy preparations they invade in an attempt to seize the oilfields. Perhaps if a Russian or Siberian map is made down the road you could consider making a Chinese VS Russia campaign similar to the above storyline? Simplified of course. -
Aircraft Carrier for ARMA 2
Darkhorse 1-6 replied to Raddik's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
I'm a big fan of the original "Big-E" and that requires me to ask you if you had thought about what the name of your carrier will be. (You can't go wrong with the Enterprise ya know) ;) (June 30, 2006) - Artist Rendering - A conceptual rendering of CVN 78, the first of a new generation carrier design, CVN 21, for the U.S. Navy, underway at Northrop Grumman Newport News. Construction is slated to begin in 2007. Innovations for the next-generation aircraft carrier include an enhanced flight deck with increased sortie rates, improved weapons movement, a redesigned island, a new nuclear power plant and allowance for future technologies and reduced manning.
