To be honest, I'd dislike playing as a communist soldier, because I don't support a racist, totalling regime. Hence playing as an US American does not become boring for me in any way thus its the strongest faction with a load of weaponry. Playing as NATO forces would sound to me boring either. But I'd have no problem with it when this comes in an additional addon package. (I'd never shoot us forces but if some want, go for it)

That trailer is rubbish because it looks like an 6 years old game. If you watch ArmA II you can see, how good graphics and good gameplay do fit together

Great stuff, trains here trains there, does not affect my POV I hope I'm still here and wont have moved before ArmA II arrives. Would be kinda hard to get to the place where I'm going to. may I ask my cousain to send it over then.

This technique out of the lab of EA is a very good and cost effective one. This still doesn't mean there's no new effort to the models. They added things (new NFS's got even interior), new shades, new driving model and so on, and at the end, they saved like 30% time than making it new from scratch but this still means there are 70% remodelled, changed or just "new". If you watch the ArmA II models its the same. The M1A1 in ArmA II is an evolution of the M1A1 of Armed Assault which is an evo of the OFP Model. And so on. -

Hey folk, I've been working with a lot of people and basically Alexand., B-Man and me are putting some things up which we think ArmA does need. Right now its a nuke. But not just a nuke. I'm pretty sure you already know GIGAN's work. Well, the versions from Gigan were fine, but did not work in MP. So we made a nuke wich features a lot of things like: *Its fully working in MP If you want to blow up the town with a couple of friends-go for it *At a certain damage it explodes If you shoot a couple of rounds on it, a 120 sec timer gets activated and you should run for your life *Improved effects Gigan's effects were nice, we enhanced it even more. *Fully dragable by a Gecko APC The gecko APC I'm texturing atm is able, to drag it whereever you want to-at low speed. *Action Dialog You can set a timer and then booooom, it explodes. Nice surprise for approaching forces, who just managed it to find the device, and see a 20 sec timer running...
