    Deltas and rangers released!

A very nice addon, but I think the M249 is maybe a bit overpowered?

He told me that there is no fixed squad size, it is always changed according to the type of mission. During summertime the usual size was 6 men, 5 with RK 95 and 1 with SVD Dragunov. In the winter they had even a patrol of 16 men. I guess a lot of "artistic freedom" could be used in the composition of these squads in OFP. 6 men sounds pretty good.

Interesting news on TV and newspapers during last few days: FDF is looking into the possibility of arming the FAF F-18C Hornets with air-to-ground weapons. How about adding a ground attack version of the Hornet to the mod? yle.fi news on the subject (only in Finnish) mil.fi (also in Finnish)

    M8 greyhound crew

I hope they could make the soldiers get rid of the headphones once they exit a tank? Is it possible? It looks a bit weird when they are running outside with those on

    Stalingrad

Surprisingly there were no threads about this, so I decided to make one. Here are few articles I found about the subject: Stalingrad forever! (Pravda) The Greatest Battle of World War II Took Place 60 Years Ago Russia marks Battle of Stalingrad (BBC) I've always found the battle of Stalingrad to be one of the most interesting ones of WWII. What books and movies are your favourites on the subject? Beevor's Stalingrad is a very nice book, and the self-titled German movie from 1993 is excellent. I didn't like Enemy At The Gates that much, apart from impressive battle scenes and the view across Volga, it was too much of a Hollywood film for me.

    Bmp3 beta 0.6 released

I just tried it. I'm not going to comment on the textures because it's a beta release, but here are my few cents: 1. Tucha. What is it? When I select the Tucha, my screen turns green and in a few moments I'm dead. If I select the "Fire Tucha" from the action menu, I hear a grenade going off, but nothing else. Is it supposed to be some kind of smoke dispenser system or what? 2. BMP-3M with ERA. I don't know how effective the ERA is in reality, but I don't think it can take two direct hits from a Leopard 2A4 before being destroyed. First hit killed most of the crew, though.

    Riddles

This might be a little bit too offtopic for offtopic, like the saying goes, but I just couldn't resist the opportunity to post some riddles here. A little brainstorming while not playing OFP doesn't hurt anyone! So, post your best ones and answer them, but let me begin with an easy one: It waits for none and gauges all, it is eaten by leisure and work the same, it is abundant but there never seems to be enough. What is it?

How about this; CM/BIS go bankrupt and the forum is closed when nobody is there to pay the server costs?
