As I was in the wrong forum before I just start a new topic here. As one of the oldest surviving clubs playing ofp from the beginning I really beg on more informations for hosting ArmA. Can you estimate the mean server load and the mean demands for a server that runs ArmA only? Rumors told that a mean server load for ArmA on 8 ppl is: 200 kb/s. Is that true? Will you provide the server to commercial hosters only or will you share it like it was with ofp? Again my (Placebo sorry for that) question: Release dates for Windows and Linux- just define a month for it- even if it says december 07 - no information given is even worse than a bad information. Ppl. can deal with their server contracts and plans much easier in this way. Thanks for answers Regards Richard

as mentioned before a linux version is pretty much apreciated asap. and there will be for sure a solution like it was for ofp ;-) at least I trust in BIS.

As plenty of (cheap available) servers use LINUX as OS I really ask you to support LINUX (like AA) for ArmA. It would save much money for buying more future products from BIS ;-) Regards VooDoo

Guys from BIS! I wanted just to stop here and ask if the release date Q4/2005 is still valid or are there already recent news about that available. (Q04/2005 starts in 8 days) An update on AA would be more than appreciated. Best Regards Richie

just from my point of view: To run a linuxserver is cheaper- way cheaper than to run a windows server- Pls Bohemia don t be bothered to make a linux server (pls. also for 1.96b!!! TY from some of the remaining crazies that are still playing a 4 years old game! ;-) Best Regards from .at
