I think the issue when this was tried was if you make the soldier unit "smaller", then it does screw up anims and also the holding of weapons. I'm pretty sure this was tried previously for Nam stuff, but was unsuccessful due to above listed issues. If it could be done, would be wonderful - i'd love to see some 10yr old kid VC as well Dreams.....

Is the end of the video meant to represent an extraction? Perhaps an ammo drop? Maybe a dustoff for cas? It looks bloody strange imoho anyways, some bloke standing in the middle of a clearing blazing away > only to run away when the helo he seems to be waiting for actually comes in to land I know there was a great deal of difference between the Australian and US methods of fighting this counter-insurgency conflict, but I don't think even a Yank would be that stupid ;) Anyways, that aside, look forward to seeing your campaign completed! That's an issue with the currently released Seb Ilo 2.2 It was fixed in 2.3 and has not been a problem since. 2.4 introduced new textures and represents Ebud's work 100% and no longer contains anything from LOS. 2.5 had Ebud's textures corrected by myself. 2.6 should be a new release version, Hawkins is correcting a few final bugs before it's general release. Such a shame the "final" still requires BAS_O.pbo BAS_O = not for Nam (and BAS said as much themselves). From memory, I gave the reasons when the beta island was posted. EDIT: And why Anjou? What the hell did that add to a Nam island? I mean, it's a nice island, but still..... Para

Tried to avoid the "Anjou lag". There shouldn't be many enterable buildings on this map and I have tried to keep obects down to a minimum that I thought "did the job". If you would like more objects and towns, you can make some in the mission editor with Keg's Editor Upgrade or similar. Please consider Armoured Spearhead to be a "stage" so to speak, with "wings" so you can bring units in and out of your mission with ease. The main stage is the central roadway which runs from one end of island to the other - this is where you should be basing the "main events" of your missions. Use the outter island areas and backroads as staging points for flanking attacks, etc. Para

Once again a small European island using default BIS objects, but with a distinct 1940's flavour. It's been the default 'break from Nam stuff' for me since I stopped work on Spearhead44. Spearhead44 and Armoured Spearhead don't use any tall grass. Come to think of it, about time I released SP44 v4 and also AS v1. Spearhead44 also no longer uses any objects from the sphead.pbo file, which was the one that went in the ofp/dta folder. I found a better way of making bocage using standard OFP objects - a LONG time ago :P Para
