There r enough modern AT System to take out a take, especially from above as the armor is very thin there. And in urban warfare you can get a high position quite easily. Snipers of course wouldnt take out tanks.

in a "normal" urban war scenario tannks wouldnt be such a good idea IMHO tanks can be "snipered" too...with AT Weapons. Tankers dont like urban warfare as you cant see very well from ya tank and your agility and speed is very low...

"Blackhawk down" is bxxxsxxx IMHO. Its damed unrealitic. The way they move is false... Then tzhey do something right: They try to surpress enemy by firing when moving but where did they get that much ammo? They have that lil equipement qith them, I wondered where the were hiding the magzines? Maybe in their underwear...

I like some parts of EPA though...give the coffee to the coffee junkies and take their cocolate for that Also the cookies are very fine IMO (one can also make bread outa them...) Even some of the warm meals are eatable...in the bush one likes everything Then there are possiblities like making bread out of the "skin" ("Rinde" in German) of trees...sound sweird, I know...

IRL Its urban warfare is very bad...if everything works out well for you (being the attacker) you "just" loose 60-70% of your men... Boming the town is an option sometimes but often you cant do that coz of civis or coz you need the buildings yourself. You cant even throw grens into every room as a "normal" house would collapse after 2-3 grens. In OpF its fun but could be more if the movement was better. You fall through the floor in houses,you cant throw grens around corners,you cant peep around corners,AI doesnt use houses for ambushes etc...

Hehe, in my boot camp the women´s obstacle course team was faster than the men´s one Most women had to give away their backpack on the marches (and I had to carry them lol) but there were also many men who gave away their backpack and I didnt see any woman cry on the marches but some tough men... I know that women are good soldiers very well and thats what counts for me...

How about retexturing the new Mini in version 1.85 to look like the one used by Nigel Powers in the movie "Goldmember"? I would like to see it!

MG36 is the light machine-gun version of the G36. Might be that there are more mods who did it but I think it could be the one of the HK pack by LoBo. Hope it might help... grrrrrrrrreetz [76]Chavez

Just a few corrections (as far as I know): - The G22 isnt a MSG90, its a AWM in 0.300Winmag caliber, we dont use the MSG90, just G22 and G3ZF - The FN-FAL was designated G1 I think - The Bundeswehr uses the "G"-designation, not HK. So the name of the pack is just coz most weapons are from HK I guess.Otherwise I would ask "Are the KSK and the cmbat frogmen (thank you, I waited for those quite long! made by HK???" grrrrreetz [76]Chavez

Maybe your ear protection muffled the sound when you fired Did you fire live ammo or just blanks?Also the surrounding makes a difference... And is the MG62 a real MG3 or is it modified like the MG74? grrrrreetz [76]Chavez

I am a career serviceman and I also fired a lot as I was MG3-gunner (I even went swimming with it ) It isnt possible to fire the mg3 from the shoulder but from the hip IMHO I let a friend of mine who gave MG3-training for NCOs hear a lot of samples and he disliked the DoD-sound too and was pro the sound which is in game now.

The cocking lever is there, also on the right position... About the sound one can argue, I find it better than all the other sounds as the one from the fortress pack is the one from Dod which is in mine opinion totally wrong. We put a soundsample of a real MG3/42 firing on our hp. Thats like it should sound...and thats quite close to our sound. grrrrrreetz [76]Chavez

In reality a soldier firing the MG3 standing from the shoulder would just fall over...as this cant happen to OpF-soldiers they look a bit...shakadelic...
