because of the new recoil values in the AK's the hk417's recoil is almost unusable. Is it possible to change the recoil specifically for the 417's to a more realistic value?

When looking at the c-130 in external view and taxiing I get some what can only be described at extensions from the propellers intermittently. I'll try to get a screenshot but it flickers. Love the mod!

I never recieved the online or cd activation prompt during installation. Is there a way to change this option after install?

Lol when you say install directory i assume you mean the game folder? i took the install directory as the dvd itself. these files do not exist in the arma2 folder.

First of all placebo people do communicate with different email addresses. (ie. business, personal). Secondly what permission did i give you to take my details and transact with idea games. I've had several emails from them the latest informing me to return to my vendor. I was excited to get my new game in the post and highly disapointed that it was delievered as a non functional disc and its unacceptable for those requiring support to be treated so with such hostility. I was looking for an answer and no one here could seem to give it to me. I for one have played BIS games for many many years. Please dont bite the head off your customers because they are having issues with a faulty disc. I havent done anything wrong so please don't make it out as if i did. Back on topic.... My email reply states i have to return my game to vendor.... Hopefully they have a new batch that doesnt have these CRC errors.

Wish I could i cant install off my DVD and idea games must be having a month long release celebration cause no one is responding.

The files you speak of are on the retail DVD. I cant delete off the DVD.

I ran my dvd through dvdinfopro and getting a lot of CRC errors. IDEA games is ridicoulously slow with support. Is there a line i can call to speak with someone as this 5 days between emails is completely not happening.

I would say the majority of ARMA 2 players will buy OA as it adds much wanted features. Problem is that I see a large drain of players from ARMA 2 migrating to OA servers. You may be left behind with ARMA 2

Get a replacement disc it seems a lot of people are having this issue. Contact your local distributor. Contacted Idea games regarding the issue sounds like they released a bunch of bad DVD's

Im having the same issue i eneded up getting it installed but now when i launch the securom times out! Ive never had any issues with any of my other pc games! Checked for dvd drive firmware this is no update either? Any offical word there are multiple people reporting problems with the install!

Im having the same issue hangs up on copying over the arma2106patch.exe and doesnt continue. Im transfering the dvd contents over to my hdd now will update. Possibly a dvd production error?
