I agree with that. I also think why woman are not included because most people dont like to see woman die. Me neither.... I dont even like to see man die. But this is a game for god sake.. And yeah.. woman can fire guns + they are in some military's/Guerilla's around this world actively fighting. And ARMA 3 if i'm right ends up in a global conflict. So it seems logical that even woman will be fighting. Just like russia had woman sniper sand such in WW2. I actually have some lady friends that are in the Dutch Army and Israeli army. And yeah it would be great for mission making.

While it was pretty boring as driver i enjoyed it allot. This is the experiance i'm looking for in a COOP mission. This video exists of several parts. All the same mission. Follow 3 bradley crew man deep into enemy terretorie and encounter the taliban trying to destroy us. Get ordered around by your commander who gets frustrated by is own commander.. Support the troops destroy the catches and ask for support when needed. LoLz ... on the Lock On forums they say there is to much action. Funny how the perspectives can differ. I try'd to put as much action in it as possible. Seems i should make a ACE combat or Hawx video up with 100 spamming missiles on these forums LoL (not that i ever played ACE Combat or Hawx) No offence taken. PS: I'm wondering than what most people do here on the forums of the most realistic infantry game ever. Most good ARMA2 games are pretty boring when played the right way (i like the boringness.. ads up to the excitement when you finally reach the action).

DO i read this right? SGU is gonna be canceled? Man... it just got interestingIt should be a crime to stop a series when its not done yet. Now i will keep wondering what could have happend after the last episode... Same as with SGA. This sucks really bad... I guess most people like to watch other utter crap that is on TV all the time.. reality shows and popstars. I barely watch TV these day's... It seems the moment is there to actually sell it. Man.. this Mod is fantastic... Very well done. After watching your video i got some wild idea's. What if you could comebine this Mod into a full scale First Person RPG with a endresult of Full Scale war. Just image you have a Big Island as Sahrani with 2 separate land masses connected to eachother. The mission starts of as in Saharani Life or Zargabad Life. You as a civilian has to choose if you want to start on the West side or the East side and than have to look for a job to make money (hint "construction") .. enz enz enz. After you earned some money you can buy some land (sectors on the map). On those sectors you can buy your own materials and start building your own house, with the help of the construction Mod. You can become a criminal, a boss from a constrcution factory, a truck driver transporting the building parts enz enz. If you become a general in the military you can designate training area's and build bases on your part of the Island. Combine this mission and that construction Mod with the R3F script and you can transport the construction pieces around the map to other players that want to build a House somewhere on the map. This game can go a cople way's. 1- You end up with a bunch of criminals on your part (east or west) of the Island. They terrorize your "country" and your land will soon be invaded by the better organised and more willing civillians from the neighboring country (West). 2- Both sides will end up in civil war and alot of criminal organisations. 3- Both sides fight a devasting full scale war against eachother. 4- Both sides play the game peacefully with only minor criminal activity till they get bored and start shooting Nukes at eachother from their freshly build Missile silo that we offcourse build with that Construction Mod. Maybe this is a wild idea.. But i think it can be done with existing scripts and Mods allready. If you want your Mod to be utilised to the fullest something likie above would be perfect. Offcourse it probably requires some help from other brilliant Scripters/Addon makers. -

Thanks for finding out man... I changed it right away and the AC130/UAV is working now. I also found out wich functionality was taken out. When you go to the map and click on the green/yellow triangles that is you and your team the names of them next to the markers won't pop up anymore. First you could click on them 3 times to get 3 different marker functions. It's never used anyway so i won't even try to fix that. Now i only have to search for a script that doesn't allow you to board WEST objects and vehicels. Thanks for the help i put your credits also in the briefing under "About". -

I have a problem editing a mission called insurgency. I added a cople scripts like AC130, recruiting AI and R3F Arty and logistics script. The only one not working properly is the Arty and logistics script. I'm pretty sure evrything gets executed right. But the problem is both the original insurgency mission and the R3f Artilley and logistics script are using the same RscTitles class. The result of that error is that i can't take objects out of vehicels, arty computer interface doesn't show up on laptop and mortar/arty guns I try'd a cople things to get around it but came to the conclusion i'm to dumb for that. I need to find out how to integrate the 2 RscTitles together. One RSCtitel class is defind in the Description.ext while the other is defind in the resources folder called titles.hpp. SOme help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. This is what we found out with this insurgency mission: It's rather bizarre. Basically any unit except the BAF team leader (player unit) is able to call the AC130/UAV. If I change the BAF team leader to, say, a section leader, then that unit can call the AC130. But changing it to anything but team leader breaks the opening spawn. This tells me there is a script running that looks for the team leader during the initializations going on, and something in there is probably throwing an error that breaks the mapclick, at least for the team leader. Because I can team switch to another unit and call on the AC130. There are endless scripting errors. My arma2oa.RPT has taken over 128,000 lines of errors in the past 30 minutes. Needless to say, troubleshooting is challenging At this point, I am not familiar with the start up scripts. I would suggest that the problem lies within that, and it has to do with a script that identifies the BAF team leader, and enables that message that comes up "hit enter to spawn." Because if you change the team leader unit, you don't get the spawn option. I'm using Loki's Lost Key to teleport to the med tent, and the Jackal, that have the AC130 options, and as another unit I can then call on the AC130. I noticed that also. After i changed the guy's to other bluefor factions the respawn script broke down and i could not fix it anymore. Unless i started back from the original insurgency mod. If you fix the AC130 the whole bluefor respawn brakes down. OPFOR respawn and loadout is alway's working. But if you fix the mission back to its original form again the AC130 stops working. The R3F and recruit soldiers scripts are working fine all the time. We are trying to figure this out. But has anybody that reads this post anymore suggestions. -

Ok we found out how to get the R3F script working in the insurgency mission... Thanks for the help. We had to do exactly what you posted but than move the titel.hpp content with the original RscTitel class into the description.ext. Otherwise R3F can't find it. But after we fixed that i could not get the AC130 back to work. If you want to take a look at the mission when you have some time offcourse you can downlaod it from the link below. Ok i found out the problem with the sectors not clearing, team respawn not working for bluefor and base protection not working. I totally started from the beginning with the original file again. After i did that and implemented your R3F arty and logistics script fix everything worked perfectly. But..... alway's the But.... Now the AC130/UAV won't work anymore. I compared the files and everything is the same as in the insurgency where the ac130 was working before. It seems by fixing the original mission the AC130/UAV won't work anymore. You will get the message "right click on map for target location" but the AC130 or the UAV never shows up. If you can take a look into the mission how strange it is. I will put both the one with the error and the fixed one where the AC130 is not working into the zip. Can you take a look at it? The UAV can be called from the medic tent. Or by going to the radio. Fantastic. The R3F script works now. Just like you said i can load in stuff.... Thanks for the help on that. But a new problem has occured. Now the respawn on Team Leader and revive are broken for the bluefor forces. Also the loadout menu is broken. When starting up the mission you can bring up the loadout. But no weapons are shown there. And than when i respawn the loadout action has totally disapeared. The funny things is that evrything does work for OPFOR. -

Hee here i am again. With a new problem. I try'd to fix it myself first and i even put up another post for this problem cause id din't want to bother you with this. But we can't figure it out there also. I have a problem with merging the RSCtitles. I'm editing a mission called insurgency. That mission has the class RSCtitles just like your arty and logistics script. That causes the interfaces not to show up ingame or crash the game. I'm pretty desperate now cause i need to have this game up in 2 day's and i'm so noob in scripting. Thanks for looking into it some more. Can you send me your descriprion file or test mission so i can take it out of there. Here is my mission so you can take a look at it and maybe send me back fixed :) For me it doesn't matter how it gets fixed..
