The credit for those is his! Our own weaponry is still WIP and is currently at 95% finished.

Yes people The Unsung Vietnam war MOD is back! We have just released two screenshots of our current ArmA work through the OFPNAM website.
A public release is in the near future but a release date has yet to be determined. Rest assured that our first release is not far off!
The Unsung Vietnam war MOD has from our group's Operation Flashpoint days, always strived to build a MOD based on realism during the Vietnam War. It is our mission to recreate the battlefield in order to simulate the experience of being in an actual southeast asian jungle.
Here we show you two of our recently released pictures courtesy of ofpnam.com.
Note: Pictures are un-edited and actual in game shots.

The CSJ's CH46 in the Jungle Fever pack can't be dl'd anywhere else afaik. Unless CSJ himself has given it up for dl somewhere. Guess ya can ask CSJ himself about it.

Yeap those hands somewhat do look slightly to big. Well the fingers do actually. Not sure about the entire hand. Oh and the boots might need some sharper textures, they kinda blurry. But i think you know that

Yeah that's the problem indeed. The unit that does the anim tends to get up as soon as he detects the enemy. I once used a small looping script to counter that. Here's an exanmple:

First i used the combattoweapon anim as i described in my previous post, then after that i used the above. This example waits 5 minutes (300 seconds) then forces the unit back in anim. But you will have to adjust to own needs. Also you might wanna use a check for when that perticular unit get's killed. Otherwise it will look strange when the unit that's dead get's forced to do a anim. The body of the dead unit will then do some spasm movements every time the script loops if there is no check

Well since the addon is made by the WWIIEC team as shown in that link i would say contact them. On the very page of where that addon is available is also a small banner (scroll down) on the left that says WWIIEC. My guess would be that if you press your left mouse button on that small banner that then a website will appear of the WWIIEC team (at least their forums will as they building a new site it seems). Well and hey presto hassle someone that is of the WWIIEC team and ask if they can help out on to point out the quilty one who made that perticular addon Â
Other way is to read a readme if one is included and maybe that will tell you who exactly made it.

Yeah I forgot about the Crtl/Space feature. Â Just figured it out ÂÂ sh!t can happen.
Oh and if your shoelaces on your units combat boots get untied, press alt+backspace. But make sure you are in prone position or you will end up on your back.... your not buying this one are ya.... Â ...to soon for april fools jokes huh. Well make it a X-mas present then

press space bar untill grenade shows up on left top of view.
press left mouse button and there she goes.

Below example should get the unit on his knee with the gun at the ready.
What to do:
- Give the soldier a name.
- In the initialisation field of the unit write down:
this setUnitPos "up"; this setBehaviour "combat"
- Place a trigger activated by anybody over the unit.
- In the triggers on activation field put down this:
unit switchmove "CombatToWeapon"
<span style='color:red'>Note: the word unit in above line must be replaced by the name you have given to that 1 unit you placed.</span>
p.s. You could use the COMREF for all the animations m8.
Get it from OFPINFO or OFPEC. You need the downloadable comref not the online one. The downloadable one has the animations list.

On the other note, Hawkins' missions exceed mine i think. Â
I seen plenty of his missions through the years and i can say that they are always highly atmospheric and have a clear storyline to them. And are never dull to play! Always exciting and interesting. He's got many alternative to the usual norm mission idea's. Worth a try.

A alternative option is to hop on over at OFPNam website and see if you can spot any news for the downtime there. Also Hawkins is again available at the forums there as well. Plus some people there will most likely know what's going on if you ask.

Yeah let´s hope so. We tried to stay at the same path the first Unsung team was on as much as possible. Hope we do them justice with our current work. Â
In other news:
We got for you two more screens to gaze upon.
Again the weaponry is still Vila´s. All rest is Unsung´s stuff.

The Unsung MOD has a recruitment going on currently.
Although all other fields of expertise are pretty much covered, we lack manpower in the Animators squad. We have lots of projects to do, but have shortadge on staff in that field.
Do you feel like you got the right stuff to make it in the jungle´s of South-East Asia as a Animator, then contact us on this (click here) forum thread. Present us a piece of your work. You must be skilled already as we do not have the time to teach people!
