See for yourself,what suits best for u: Windows Server 2003 Compare .....for your 'needs' i think enterprise is too much(big companies..etc.),and to expensive also ( 4000$ ),standard has all features needed and cost about 1000$.....and if u want simple and more cheaper ,go 4 web edition ( 400$ ) ....
