See..i dont like very linear games..and VC2 was very very linear.... it was just go and shoot. I know that part of vietnam war was also in the cities but real war for me was in the jungle,like in the 1st VC. Yeah jungle was also partly linear, but at least i had to be very carefuly because of booby traps..or soldiers hidding in the bushes or VC tunnels... the game was very dinamic in the jungle,plus there was always present some kind of fear and respect for the enemy...and u could use some vehicles also,and fireing from the huey on damn VCs (best part)... defending the base....night missions... And then there was a day when they released Red Dawn (if u remember)...open field,lots of enemies,nice fight... I was impressed,tought that VC 2 will be something like that,just with a better graphics....but NO they f*cked it,and i mean big time... no jungles,no traps,just pure shooting.....no using any vehicles,no fear,no fun...borring. But i must admit that very first start of Vietcong 2 was great...rusty old hotel,great looking ladies,old vietnam feeling,great music...... but after that ...no word

How u cant open it? Put CD as first boot device and put XP in it-press any key and it should work... then go to repair first and if that fail go to recovery..... U can download XP boot.ini and put it on the Floppy,after that try to boot XP.... If that failed,u are totally fucked,as u said before...

Insert your Windows XP CD and reboot from the CD drive To boot from CD, press DEL on startup and enter into the system BIOS setup and select your CD drive as the first boot drive, press F10 to save your settings and exit Your computer will reboot from the XP disc 3. Press 'R' when offered the option of using the Windows Recovery Console (Note: there are lots of articles telling you NOT to do it this way, but from my recent experience this is the quickest and easiest way.) 4. The Recovery Console At the prompt type the following: C:\WINDOWS >cd system32\ this changes the current directory to C:\Windows\System32 ren config configold This renames the config folder to configold mkdir config this makes a new directory called config cd config changes the current directory to c:\Windows\System32\Config then type the following lines pressing enter after each one copy c:\windows\repair\system copy c:\windows\repair\software copy c:\windows\repair\sam copy c:\windows\repair\security copy c:windows\repair\default after each line it should say: 1 file copied type: exit 5.
