Thanks HOBOMAN, I'll use your idea as a starting point in my plot for my Campaign. I think I'll go back to the 3d party addons as it would seem unrealistic to have 1985 era units portraying modern U.S Marines, I guess I should say "So what if noone wants to download it because of quite a few addons, I made it for fun and they don't absoulutly HAVE to download it." When I create a solid story for my Campaign I'll update this thread with it. Hi, my name is Thomas Ryan and I'm new to these forums. I have a question which can hopefully be answered (I'm only 13, so I'm not a computer wiz lol ) Whenever I join a game, I become the one with the highest ping, so I went and deleted all unofficial stuff from my OFP folders and only left ECP. I don't use ECP, go in to regular OFP and start the multiplayer. And my ping is still the highest! So, if anyone can help me out, I will be eternaly greatful lol ! *Edit: Also, I've successfully installed OFP Watch, but when I went to install Teamspeak 2 it said: "Error creating registry key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\teamspeak RegCreateKeyEx failed; code 5. Access is denied. Click Retry to try again, Ignore to proceed anyway, or Abort to cancel installation." And when I tried to Ignore it, it came up again and again. When I tried Retry, it came up again and again, so the only thing I could do was end the installation by pressing Abort. If someone can, please help! Thanks!

Hi HOBOMAN, First, let me say, thanks again for your last post. Now, refering to this post, I might use standard OFP units but call them Marines (Like in the Too Young To Die Campaign) so that I can still maintain that certain sense. I've thought up an idea but I'm not so sure it's very realistic, here it is anyway. -The U.S President could not get authorization from the U.S Army Generals to send in a full military attack. - Since the President has complete control over the Marines though, he sends them in instead. Any suggestions, criticisms, complements or opinions are welcome. The more the marrier in this case LOL ! Thanks HOBOMAN! P.S: If you have any ideas for a name for this Campaign it will also be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I've decided that I wont use any 3rd Party addons for this Campaign. (Some addons require other addons so that the mission scenario looks right and I don't want a huge list of required addons for this Campaign because people wont want to have to download them all only for the Campaign ) However, I don't have a story or name for my Campaign so any suggestions for this would be greatly appreciated! Thanking you in advance ! P.S: I will also be making it ine ECP so that people can play it in ECP and normal OFP.

Hi all! What I did on this mission was this, I took the Hind and flew near to that village where the SP mission "Bomberman" takes place around, an waited for Guba to arrive. When he did I aimed a little infornt of his UAZ and shot my cannon there, disableing the UAZ. Then I killed all the soldiers protecting Guba with the cannon, landed and got out, went over to him to capture him. Afterwards I went to go look for the second nuke but to no avail. The mission ended and I was forced to look in horror as the nuke obliterated Everon (not a pretty sight )

*Edit: I've changed the whole idea because with the addon list generated for this campaign, most people wont want to download it. I'll update this topic once I've figured out a new plot for my campaign. I wish to say thanks to everyone who gave me ideas, sugestions, critisicms, comments and opinions. Thanks again. Great weapon pack Sgt_Eversmann! I think I'll use these in my campaign I'm making called "The Marines". I'll replace the [E] Force Recon Soldiers (SafetyCatch's Marines) rifles with the silenced ones in this pack. (For stealthier environments). *Edit: If that is, SafetyCatch will let me replace them specifically for the campaign, and if you will let me use them.

Yeah, I agree with Abs_01, the other day we were having P.S.H.E and we were discussing the many events happening in the world right now. One was the Iranian Nuclear Dispute, and right now Batdog, you're sounding a bit like Iran's President saying "Israel should be blown off the face of the earth." Just replace Israel with the U.S and that's basically what you're saying. The U.S is the most powerful country in the world whether you like it or not, and when people take on the U.S they ussually go into a world full of pain. Also, the words you used are a bit harsh don't you think? (By the way, I'm not American but I'm Canadian) I think that the U.S fails in some spots, so does Pres. Bush, but everyone does fail at least once in their life. The U.S is making progress, it may be going slow, but the on thing they don't need now is your harsh words against them (Batdog, please, I don't want this to turn into a big deal and I don't mean this offensivly, but you should "Face the facts" as my teacher said.) And Ares, I'm sure he didn't mean it in that way. That would be an insult to the enemies of the U.S and he nor anyone else wants to make enemies. The same day my Iranian Friend whos 12, look at that, 12 years old, said it would be fun if nuclear bombs blew up around us, he thinks the U.S is jealous of Iran. See what these harsh words can make anyone, and I mean Anyone, think like the bad people of the world. The U.S is not jealous, they are probably the most well-off country in the world, they wouldn't need Iran's nuclear technology if they had their own, which they do! I just wish this message of hatred and violence would stop spreading through young minds of today. You see the pictures on the news of kids about the age o 5-10 carrying AK47s on their backs, militia parading through the streets killing anyone who stands in their way. Countries ask for the USAs help and as soon as they get there, or stay too long, the people want them out and will blow themselves up in a crowd of innocent people to make the U.S leave. The terrorists are just cowards, they don;t have the resources to take on the U.S so they attack civilians instead. Now face the facts, that is really just Disgusting and Inhumane/Insane. The terrorists will kill their own people just to make a point, hek I bet they'd kill their family if they had to! The U.S, Britain, Australia, Canada and all the countries involved with this war in Iraq and Afghanistan want to help, but people just wont let them. At heart, I bet they want to be freed of the torments and horrible lives in these areas but young men, who have nothing else to live for, join these groups and kill... thats all they do, thats all they'll ever do as long as this problem of terrorism exists. And we may not be able to put a stop to it with attitudes like that... I don't mean to insult the many more innocent people of the world, these cartoons, yes they are an extremly bad thing and people will not like it, bu innocent Danish or anyother countries, don't have to suffer for someone elses stupidity. That also means that radicals shouldn't go and torch the Danish Embassy and kill hundreds of people just because of one person. Action should be taken against that person or persons involved with these cartoons, but innocent people in my opinion should not have to suffer. People have published insulting cartoons about Bush but he doesn't take radical action against the people who made them. That's what good people of the world do. And thats what more people should do instead of killing innocents for their own well being. *Edit: Sorry EiZei, will include paragraphs next time, I was writing my true feelings and just typed what I thought without remembering any grammar, apart form capitals and full stops. Hi,I'm new to the forums and everything that goes on in here, so if you can bear with me! Lol just kidding. Anyway, you could have a mission were you could be like an (example) F16 pilot and you have to take out key, stratigical targets in order for lets say, the infantry to attack or something. You don't need to use this but I just thought I'd help you out by giving you some ideas.

Hi, I'm new to these forums and haven't quite settled in yet so if you can, tell me if I've done something wrong. Anyway, I think this extention to the allready great ECP v1.085 is.. well... great! However, when I went to download it from the mirror provided, the timer went to zero and then... nothing! The download didn't start, I don't know if anyone else has this problem. It's a shame because I really wanted this great addition to ECP! My question is, are there any other mirrors for this file? If so could someone tell me, I will be eternally greatful . Hi Xcess, thanks for your oppinion, I think it would be good to go with SafetyCatch's but as you say, unless it's released, I should wait for the dragging script to come along. Hi klavan, thanks for your suggestion! Acctualy, I was going to have it with the Russian Federation represented by ORCS Russian Federation addons. Also, I may have some sort of militia involved possibly represented by Saddam's Chechen Rebels v1.5 so that it's compatable with ORCS units (using the same weapons etc.) Thanks again mate!

Hi r1y23, I'm new to these forums and this is the first time I have posted so bear with me! Anyways, what I did was I took the PV3S that you have at the start of the mission and drove it down to the valley and formed a roadblock with it. Then I positioned my men hidden in the bushes with my RPG Soldiers up front and me behind them. Then I told them all to hold fire untill the convoy arrived, then I told my RPG Soldiers to open fire only on the tanks, waited for the infantry to get out of the truck and then picked them off. Then I killed the drivers of the two other trucks. Afterwards I told my men to get into the two remaining trucks and go back to base, I reloaded up on RPGs and waited for the two tanks to come. I took out the T72 with 2 RPGs and then destroyed the BMP before it could unload its infantry (since I was using ECP v1.085 and it includes the occupents to run out sreaming on fire, it wasn't a pretty site ! Then i ran back to base to complete the mission. Not exactly the most well layed out plan but it work anyways!
